I’m a real mom with a real life and a real body. This program works. Period.
It took me almost a year after Kelly told me about Oxycise before I bit the bullet and started it. In that year I joined a gym and I worked out 3-6 days a week, huffing, puffing, lifting weights, and participating in the different classes the gym offered. I was determined to shed those extra pounds and inches that were making my clothes tight and killing my self-confidence.
Frustrated, disappointed, and completely discouraged all describe how I felt after 9 months of hitting the gym. All that work and I could barely tell a difference in my body. Where were my results? I’m a busy, work-at-home mom with two active little boys. The two hours I was spending at the gym everyday seemed pointless. No pills, no weird diets, no crazy workouts that leave you so stiff you can’t walk for a week (and what mom can afford that?), and I don’t have to spend hours at the gym getting all sweaty. Just 15 minutes a day of breathing and squeezing.
I feel more energetic, my skin looks better, and my clothes are all getting too big. I never thought I would have that problem. Time to go shopping for new skinny jeans! “I’m a personal trainer and I’ve had such great results with oxycise! I basically don’t do regular cardio anymore because hours of running would always leave me only hungrier and very tired. I only do weight lifting and oxycise and I love the results! “Hello! My name is Tiffany. I am 30 years old, and a mother of two. After two very difficult and high risk pregnancies (the majority of them spent on bed rest), I was frustrated with my weight. I was not obese, but I was overweight, and did not feel good about my appearance. I grew up as a swimmer, and played water polo in high school. The rate at which I lose weight is astounding!
I love Oxycise! In my youth I was a gym junkie, doing pounding workouts that were high intensity. Now at age 57, those kinds of workouts do not appeal anymore, but I still want all the benefits of increased energy, feeling good and burning fat that the gym used to give me.
Enter Oxycise! The rate at which I lose weight is astounding! It literally falls off me! I burn fat at a FAR, FAR greater rate now at 57 than I did in my 20s, 30s and 40s. Who says that weight is hard to lose as you get older?
I used to go to the gym 5 times a week, do weights, circuits, boxing classes, spin classes and would get LESS benefit and lose weight at a slower rate than I do now just by doing this beautiful breathing workout. “Dear Oxycise, I have enthusiastically used your products for decades. Last week I measured my fat %, and the result was 18% body fat. Not bad for someone who is heading into her 60s in the next couple of years.

Being at high risk, I feel that keeping those risk factors down may keep me in good health. My blood pressure is normal, cholesterol is going down nicely and my bone density is high. “I usually do either Oxycise! video at least once a day, sometimes both, and at least six days a week, alternating each video for variety. (I haven’t used the other program since starting Oxycise!) When I’m driving in the car 15 minutes or more, I do the Oxycise! audio tape. When I started the Oxycise! program, I marked my measurements in red marker on one of the measuring tapes provided so I could clearly see my progress.
“As of July 1st, (one month later), I had lost over 5 inches in total (I have been measuring myself in six areas), with the majority in my waist and my arms. It’s wonderful to see the new marker line moving away from the old measurement–in the right direction! My hips and thighs have been more stubborn with very minimal inch loss. However, my cellulite in these two areas has noticeably improved. My legs look more toned and they are starting to show better definition–I’m on my way, anyway.

Isn’t it fun??? I remember the first time I fit in a size 12. I tried on several 14’s and they were too big, so I started looking at the size 12 rack.
I kept thinking the the sales clerks were staring at me thinking, “What is that fat girl think she’s doing trying to fit in a size 12.”
I took 2 or 3 pairs of jeans into the dressing room, and they fit! I didn’t trust the size yet, so I literally tried on 25 pairs of jeans in size 12 before I admitted to myself that I was actually that size. It was amazing to me.

“I learned of Oxycise one night last summer when I was unable to sleep and was watching infomercials. I have tried many programs, diets, and exercises and have remained overweight most of my life. This sounded painless, low key and the people who had found success with it seemed so sincere.
“I thought ‘why not’, I already had wasted a small fortune on videos and programs, and I had enough deserted equipment to open a gym- what’s one more. But yet in my heart I really wanted this one to work.
“I was not as concerned about my size as I was concerned about my health. I am only 42, yet I had noticed more and more that it was difficult to fill my lungs with air. “This past May I started an intensive exercise program with kickboxing/weights/yoga (60min) and alternating with aerobics/yoga(45-60 min) alternate days. From May until now I have only missed eight days. During that time I tightened up and felt more conditioned and limber, but no changes in inches lost. Then six weeks ago I started Oxycise! I love this program and combined it with my other routine because I like the routine that I got in to. I Oxycise! at least once a day and on many days do Levels I and II and also in my car when I am driving. What a surprise when I measured this morning. I still weigh 145, but am so much tighter and toned and my face is firmer. “I had some exciting news this last week. I posted earlier in this thread about having Hashimoto’s disease. I have been quite discouraged because I haven’t seen much in the way of results. I am 45 yrs. old and 5′ 8″. I was weighing 160 lbs and climbing until I got on thyroid meds. Since then I have stayed about the same as far as weight. I began ‘breathing’ on May 1st, 7 weeks ago. I have had many discouraging days because I could see no results. But finally this last week my pants seemed just a little looser. I usually only weigh on Saturday, but come Friday morning I couldn’t resist. So, I weighed and was 2 lbs lighter and had lost 1 3/4”. That may not sound like much, but it was a lot for me!!!! I also had my doctor appointment on Friday and when I weighed on his scale I was 4 lbs. less than I had been on my last visit 2 months ago. My cholesterol was down and my blood pressure was great! It has to be due to the Oxycise! because I haven’t changed my diet at all.

“Hi! I have known about Oxycise! for about 2 years and have done it off and on (okay mostly off). I have posted on this board before, but mostly lurked, but right now I am so excited I had to share! We just went on a 2 week, 6000 mile trip and when we travel (more than a half hour) I can’t usually stay awake and I miss all the beautiful scenery, so I decided to put O! to the test!!! I did 2 Basic Breaths every half hour. It did amazing things. (1) It kept me awake; (2) It controlled my snacking; (3) I had taken a pair of shorts along that I could not fasten and after 6 days I could and did wear them (it did help that no one knew me, LOL); (4) I had so much energy my family couldn’t keep up; (5) I have lost 3 pounds since we left; (6) I didn’t snore in the hotel rooms!! (7) My legs didn’t ache from being cramped in the car for 8 hours a day!! All in all it was truly amazing!!!”

“I was just going over my measurements this AM, and went back to the records I kept when I started doing Oxycise in November.
“I bought Jill’s book and commuter routine from the Shopping Channel in Canada and at first only did the breathing. I finally got brave in January and have been making progress since then. I now have Levels 2, 3 and Abs and Thighs. I have a routine which incorporates all my videos.
“I realized this morning that I have finally lost that 10 lbs I have been working on since Nov. I had some of it off but O! showed me that oxygen was a great friend and that smoking was robbing me from oxygen. I gained back about 5 lbs when I quit smoking.
“It wasn’t the weight that really caught my attention today but my measurements. I have lost:
3″ from my waist,
3″ from my hips
3″ from my chest
1 1/2″ from each arm
1” from each thigh and
1″+ from each calf (my calves have affectionately been called cows so I’ll take all the help I can get).

“I would like to share my Oxycise! results with you. I have struggled with weight for several years and gained about 50 additional pounds with my pregnancy 3 years ago.

Lisa mentions these additional results:

4. I can actually feel that I am forming real abdominal muscles under my fat (I have quite a bit to lose).
5. I use a treadmill at the gym that my family and I are members of and I have had to increase the intensity to get a good workout because the lower program wasn’t challenging enough any more. (P.S. my mother-in-law bought my family a membership to a gym for Christmas and it was really expensive. Telling her I’m not going to the gym because I am only Oxycising would be familial suicide. So, I enjoy the treadmill while my family does other activities.)
6. I have noticed an increase in my libido (much to my husband’s delight.!)
7. I have some mild insomnia, but I’ve noticed that even if I don’t get enough rest, using a couple of “Oxybreaths” (is this a word?) or doing the commuter tape really helps me make it through the day.

I have had the ‘Easy Does It‘ starter set for about a month and recently received the Levels 2 and 3 tapes to provide me with a little variety.
I weigh 140 lbs. and am 5’6″ tall with very good carriage. I’m not looking to lose much, because I think at age 82, I am at my best fighting weight. Have never thought scrawny old ladies were particularly attractive.
My arthritic knees decided about 6 years ago that I should stop my Jazzercise classes. If I hadn’t had my yoga (been doing it for over 45 years and still attend two classes a week) to fall back on, I may have really gone to pot (small play on words there!). I’ve always used deep yoga breathing to get that oxygen in and to help me sleep, but it’s not as energetic as your method.
Having said that, may I now say that after doing Oxycise! for a few weeks, I am beginning to notice a definite tightening of the areas that needed it. No, I’m sorry, I haven’t been measuring, but I look trimmer, my jeans are a little looser, and I do feel more energetic!
For some of the stretching positions, I have been substituting yoga postures that I feel best utilize the areas of my body that I want to tone. And I love the commuter routine! I visit a shut-in friend about once a week, and she lives 20 minutes away, so I get two of its workouts on those days!!….
You’re more than welcome to use my email if you’d like. I’m hoping in the next several months to have more exciting news to share. Fortunately I have a healthy heart and my blood pressure is fine. It’s just my knees ….. after all that jitter-bugging I did!!
I’m not a small woman (a comfortable size 14), and have never had a protruding tummy. I’m well proportioned, have excellent posture, but have noticed recently that I was getting a little thicker around the middle. I’m certain that Oxycise! is going to take care of that!
BTW about 7 or 8 months ago I was introduced to a bit of incontinence. For some reason, I also had a little difficulty in remembering to do my Kegel exercises daily. Now I simply incorporate them in the ‘lift and tuck’ and Bingo! …. better bladder control!
In these three ‘Easy Does It’ tapes, after I learned the routine, instead of just waiting to start, while Jill explains the position, I go ahead and sneak in a couple of extra breaths. I’m sure I do at least 40 reps per tape! And it’s so easy to do just the diaphragmatic breathing at any time or any place!”

“Okay, you’re cruising the web and you ended up here. You’ve already been to every other site concerning exercise and weight loss, and your brain is a blur. You ask yourself: ‘Is this different, or is it just another marketing ploy designed to separate me from some more of my money?’
“I was right where you are two months ago. I had tried every fad diet and exercise gimmick to come down the pike and the only times I had ever actually lost weight were when I was sick. By the time I saw the infomercial on Oxycise!, I was resigned to never being anything other than what I was. (Okay–I’m not THAT bad a person, but what looked back at me from the mirror was a sack of flour tied in the middle.)

“I was watching TV one day and nothing good was on, of course. Well, as I was flipping through the channels I came to an infomercial (another one?!). Well, I thought, I am always up for a good laugh, so I watched. To my surprise, and delight, this actually looked interesting. I watched the whole thing, and wrote down the number, something I never do. I watched as real size women, from small to large, talked about their DIFFERENT results and benefits from Oxycise!. I was convinced and wanted to order, then I remembered my husband, the skeptic. Still, I ordered it. It took me a couple of days to tell Brian I ordered a video from the TV. He, of course, said ‘whatever, another $35 down the drain.’ Well…….. only 4 or 5 days later the package came in the mail and we were both home, we popped the video in and watched it, as we were watching we did the basic breath. “I have been using Oxycise! along with BodyFlex that I bought and began using before I heard about Oxycise! I love both programs, and they compliment each other well for my schedule. I have lost a total of over 5 inches from my waist, upper abs, lower abs. and thighs in about 6 weeks. The toning is wonderful. I bought the level 1 and the cd and book last August…I needed help learning the breathing technique and was amazed at how quickly you responded to my email. With your help I quickly mastered the breathing technique and I’ve never looked back.
“About 6 – 8 weeks later I bought the level 2 (I alternate them but I prefer the level 2 exercises). It’s so easy to incorporate 15 minutes of exercise into my morning before I dress for work – even when I’m on holiday I will do what I can remember of my favourite positions.

Today, I am 52 years young and not afraid that each day may very well be my last.
“Dear Jill,
“This is my testimony. I have struggled with weight on and off for as long as I can remember. I’ve tried it all, as have so many. My mother died of a mild heart attack at the age of 53 … (and she also had struggled with weight for years without any real success) last summer I was coming to the end of it fast … I had gained and gained without really overeating . . . I was so tired and feeling sicker physically by the day…I went to the doctor, sure that the high blood pressure medication was making me sicker than I needed to be. So, he told me to take an aspirin a day to prevent a heart attack or stroke…he also told me to double up on my blood pressure medication and come back when I was finished and he’d put me on estrogen as well…at this point I weighed 250 lbs and was a tight size 46…but he also told me when I questioned him about the pills that I might as well forget about losing weight because this is what happens to women over 50. Needless to say I didn’t feel very victorious…I tried doubling up on the pills and really felt sick so I quit that.
“…My husband and I go out mushroom picking in the fall and I was finding it a struggle to walk across the yard. And can you imagine how hard it would be to drag 250 lbs up the mountains to pick mushrooms. I had also taken to hiding out more or less at home because I felt fat…forget the mirror! Amen! Then as it was so incredibly hot here this fall, we couldn’t go picking because the sun dried up the mushrooms…(not that I was in any shape to go anyway) so I had taken to viewing the shopping channel now and then and caught you on in September. At one point you either read or talked about someone over 50 losing weight on the Oxycise! Program…and I felt the Lord as ‘this is for you’…you also gave a demonstration of the Oxycise! Basic Breath and I ordered the program. As it takes 10 days for us on the west coast of Canada to get stuff from the Shopping Channel I started deep breathing from what I had seen you do on T.V.
“Since I got my videos I have gone from the tight 46 down to a 42– in some cases 40– as far as sizes go. I have lost fat from all over … when I started my waist had gone somewhere…now I actually have one back. My face, which had disappeared into a mass of chins more like one fat blob, has actually taken on bone structure once again. I’ve lost about 3 inches off my bust, at least 4 off of my hips…thighs and buns and arms about 3 inches…I even lost a ring size…and I’ve not changed anything I eat…
“My husband who took early retirement this past January is 55 and started doing it too…he has lost his middle pouch, and also lost off his face and neck. Now, we do it together in the morning and I do it again at night …

“I’ve written to you before to tell you how much Oxycise! has changed my life. But I just want to let you know that I recently purchased a Richard Simmons heart monitor watch, and wore it yesterday during my Oxycise! workout. And my heart rate went up to 145 during the workout. (my resting heart rate is 95.) I now know that I am truly getting an aerobic workout as well as burning fat. I didn’t realize my heart rate went up that much while doing Oxycise! I now know that I’m in my target heart range and getting a great workout without sweating.

I figured I was just going to have to accept the fact that my body was aging
“I have always thought of myself as being physically fit; In fact my family and friends have always considered me to be an exercise fanatic. Health and fitness have always been a top priority for me. My father is a doctor. I studied nursing and received an LPN certificate and my husband is an RN. For the past twenty-some years, exercise has been an important part of my life. At least 3 times each week I completed an hour-long session. My most recent exercise routine consisted of the following: 15 minutes of ballet stretching and warm-up exercises, followed by 30 minutes of aerobics, and ending with another 15 minutes of cool-down stretching. By the time I set aside part of my day for exercise, then spent the hour on my routine, followed by a shower and changing clothes, it took about 2 hours from start to finish.
“I have never been overweight. In fact, I have always been 5 to 10 pounds underweight for my 5’9” height, according to all the charts I have seen. But as I reached my 40’s, I noticed that I was not able to maintain the same muscle tone I had when I was younger, even though I have faithfully continued to exercise. I felt like I was already spending a lot of time exercising each week; I didn’t want to spend more time, but I didn’t know what else to do. When I increased the length of my workouts my muscles became sore. I figured I was just going to have to accept the fact that my body was aging.
“Then, a few months ago, my sister told me about Oxycise! Since the middle of October, I have been doing Oxycise! 6 days a week and I LOVE it! It’s just so easy and convenient. My husband has joined me on most of the days I do Oxycise! He has lost 12 pounds. (He even lost 1-1/2 inches from his neck alone.) I have toned up all over –I have actually gained five pounds! “I wanted to write and tell you how thrilled I am with Oxycise! I have been using it for just one week now but am already feeling the benefits. Some of the things I am pleased with are:
1. First, it arrived so quickly. I ordered it on a Monday and it arrived that Friday. This is a world’s record for Canadian post! It made me feel that my order was handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you.
2. I love that there is such great internet support for Oxycise! I really enjoy reading the oxychat site — people write in questions that I have had too, and it’s great to read the answers and to post myself. I also enjoy the newsletter. Terrific to have that kind of support!
3. The actual exercises are wonderful. I feel so energized. It took me a couple of days to feel that I could really coordinate the breathing and the positioning. But it’s becoming a much more natural feeling already.
4. I had tried another breathing exercise program but it was way too noisy! I like to do the exercises in the early morning, and the other program was waking my kids up — not something I want in the early hours! One of the first days I did that program, one of my daughters woke up and came running out — she thought I was choking and dying. Oxycise! gives me an excellent workout and it’s nice and quiet! I was also hesitant (i.e., didn’t do it!) to do the other program when I was visiting relatives this summer. Just sounds too odd. I can do Oxycise! at anytime, anywhere and no one needs to know. I frequently do positions while I work on the computer.
5. I have been focusing on eating healthy foods for a few weeks now and have lost 10 lbs. I have also been trying to do some other form of exercise every day — walking with friends, playing tennis or following an exercise tape. I had been following this program for 2 weeks before receiving Oxycise! so it’s hard to say what benefits are from Oxycise! and what are from the others. Actually, I’m sure it’s a combination of all of these.
6. I did notice after the first few days of Oxycise! that my abdominal and buttock muscles were really sore! Oxycise! gives them a great workout — better than the other exercises I have done. Since adding Oxycise! to my day just one week ago, I have lost 2″ around my waist! It’s much easier for me to hold those muscles in throughout the day, too.
7. I think Oxycise! also really energizes me for the day. I have so much more energy than before.
8. I have also noticed an improvement in my posture. I think some of this is due to the tightening of those muscles used in standing tall through Oxycise! and some through just becoming more aware of those muscles.
9. I’m closing in quickly on 50 and have been feeling my age in my joints. Therefore, it was very important for me to have an exercise plan that was easy on my joints — not a lot of jumping around, etc. Oxycise! is terrific for that. It is gentle yet strenuous at the same time — you really feel like you get a good workout. I like the way Jill demonstrates how to modify the positions if you have trouble with particular joints. I can do all the exercises now but am pleased that it is a plan that can be modified to last me the rest of my life.
10. I love the Oxycise! Chart Your Success booklet. Really fun to fill in all the different parts — food diary, measurement charts, Body Mass Index, etc. I love the little increments you use for charting so that the feeling of success is easy to achieve!
11. I shouldn’t forget one of the best parts of Oxycise! — how little time it takes. I’m a single mom of two who works full time and my time is precious. Oxycise! takes just 15 minutes a day and I feel like I get an excellent workout. So it’s very time efficient.
12. I’ve been so excited about Oxycise! that I already ordered the Level II tape. I’ve heard great things about it on the oxy list and the OxyChat, so am excited to see it.
Thank you so much for Oxycise! I absolutely love it and am very pleased with my results in just one week! This is a plan I will use forever!
I’m so excited, I haven’t felt this good for years
“I’ve been visiting this site for the past three weeks or so, and I’ve started Oxycise! One week later, the results I’ve experienced are tremendous. I have so much energy, I’ve lost a total of 10 inches but I’ve not gone on the scale. I’m so excited, I haven’t felt this good for years.

“To make a 20 year story of hell short, I weighed in at 317 pounds early this year. Both my doctor and I had reached a point where we were frustrated with my problem. I could see no happy future for me. You name it, I have either tried it or bought it. I have joined probably every fitness place in the city, but it’s impossible to do aerobic exercise when five minutes into the routine, you’re dead!
“In my neverending search for a healthy way of losing weight and keeping if off, I had read some articles on how proper breathing during exercise was the key to increasing the body’s metabolic rate. (This is what the specialist I had seen said I needed to do.) This is all fine and dandy, but I couldn’t find out how to achieve this. So I was back to square one… frustrated and desperate. “This is an update to my first message sent 4 weeks ago. I have been on the program now for just over 2 months and have lost 16.5 pounds and 28.5 inches. I was so excited after the first 4 weeks when I had lost 17 inches that I wrote my first message in the Oxychat and Jill actually read my story on the Canadian Shopping Channel. I said that I had a doctors appointment at the end of October and would update my progress. Well, as you can see, there is a miracle in progress here. My doctor was pleasantly surprised and confessed ignorance about the program. I have to see her again in 2 months (just before Christmas) to see if this is all really working.
“If there is anyone still skeptical about doing Oxycise!, don’t be. I didn’t think anything could be this easy. “It’s been awhile since I’ve updated my progress. I am very excited to say that since September, I have lost a total of 39 pounds and 38.5 inches. For the first time in about 5 years I will be looking at a summer weight under 300 pounds.
“After Christmas the progress became even more noticeable. I have cheek bones, you can actually see my jaw line, I have a more defined neckline, my calf muscles are noticeable (not just big blobs of fat), my upper arms are starting to firm up, and so much more. For the first time in 20 years, I find I can’t wear my rings and not because they are too tight, but they are so loose I’m afraid I’ll lose them. I just wish I had a machine that I could walk into and measure all the inches all over the place. Since starting with the Oxycise! program, I feel so much better and have more energy than I have had in a long time. And to my surprise, I also found that without really thinking about it, I have improved my diet and in general eat more sensibly.

I have found muscles!
“Hi! I have been Oxycising for about 2 weeks now. I have lost around 3″ so far, but no pounds. But, I know why–I have found muscles! I was sitting at my keyboard wearing a sleeveless shirt–looked down and saw a bicep without flexing! Now, where did I get that? Over the weekend I was flinging bags of mulch into our van with no real effort at all–this is unheard of for me! I am trotting up the stairs at work with little or no exertion, and my quads are really hard when I flex them. I have energy to spare, and I feel so healthy. This is simply incredible–I still want to lose almost 75 pounds (I had lost around 75 when I began Oxycise!), so I am no ideal specimen, but I am probably in my best shape in over 15 years! I decided that I had had enough with the fad diets so I started looking for something that didn’t require me to put a foreign substance into my body.
“My most successful weight loss experience came when I started walking regularly, so that is exactly what I did. I am very pleased to share with you the results of our Oxycise! experiment.
“Oxycise! experiment? What’s Oxycise?” Please allow me to explain.
Oxycise! is a new exercise program that combines a deep breathing pattern with relatively easy isometric, toning and stretching exercise. It’s a 15-minute program to be done daily. The exercise positions are standing, sitting on the floor and using the wall. The positions may be modified so you don’t have to get on the floor. There isn’t any aerobic activity involved—no running, jumping or constant movement. The idea is to increase the oxygen level in your system to speed up your metabolism, resulting in weight loss.
The advertisements made some incredible claims: “36 lbs. loss in two months, 15 lbs in three months.” One woman claims to have lost 142 lbs. Jill Johnson, the creator of the program, claims to have lost 45 lbs. in six months.
I was skeptical, but residents kept asking me about the program. I decided, let’s put it to the test. I trained almost 150 people to do the program through November. We weighed and measured everybody. On Feb. 6 we weighed and measured again. Unfortunately, only about 30 came back for the second measuring. Some chose to do the program at home. I’m not aware how they have progressed. Weight loss was not dramatic over all. Almost all lost at least a couple pounds, some more. I suppose that’s not too bad considering this experiment was conducted over the holiday season. I was more impressed by the inches lost, particularly in the lower abdomen and hip area. Even more impressive were some of the other health improvements. Everyone seems to agree that they have more energy. Some commented that they didn’t feel as good on days they skipped Oxycise! People with sleeping disorders or difficulties completely eliminated the problem or saw great improvement.
One gal with lymphodema saw a lot of improvement. Swelling in her arm had gone down. Her doctor wanted to know what she was doing. So, she demonstrated some of the Oxycise! program. A test revealed that her blood oxygen level had gone up. Scientific proof!
I listened as they talked about their firmer abdomens, improved posture, flexibility and range of motion of their joints. Someone said that her chiropractor noticed that the shape of her body was changing and wanted to know what she was doing. Singers and those with breathing problems were able to get more air. Someone else said she used to get cramps in her calves all the time. Not any more! It made me realize I used to get a cramp in my left food during a certain stretch. Not any more! Several people said their blood pressure went down. One man told me his blood glucose level had gone down from 130 to 103. Also, his cholesterol came down from 220 to 202. This has been the best report he has gotten from his doctor in years. Wow! I was amazed at what I was hearing. I asked the group if they were interested in continuing the program. A resounding “yes” came forth.

“I am a physical therapist of 20 years and was just recently introduced to Oxycise! by one of my clients. I am thrilled with the program and I am utilizing it in the following ways….
1. Pain patients often hold their breath and shallow breathe which contributes to their pain. Improving their gas exchange reduces their acidic state and promotes an alkaline state thereby reducing pain. They report reduced pain and improved mobility with the 15-minute Oxycise! program.
2. I have cardio-pulmonary patients who lack energy due to poor oxygenation. They report improved energy and endurance after completing a 15-minute Oxycise! program.
3. Wheelchair bound patients who need to keep their lungs clear to prevent pneumonia have benefits from this program. I am in the process of introducing it to an Assisted Living Facility for their group exercise.
4. After a strenuous training program, I enjoy Oxycise! with my husband and report no muscle soreness and pain when using Oxycise! directly after strenuous muscular activity.

“I have been doing oxycise now for nearly 2 years in that time I have increased energy and flexibility, a lot more mobile at only 54 years old then when I started, I felt like a 90 year old and was having trouble keeping up with our grandson. “I realized that I was not breathing out as forcefully as I should have been doing. Jill was right I was actually pushing the abdomen out on the inhale which made it hard then to pull it up and in on the 3 sniffs and exhale. “What I did was to practice breathing with my hands on the lower rib cage so I was filling up the lungs and abdomen without pushing the lower abdomen out. With this breathing technique the lower abdomen just naturally extended with yummy oxygen and thus I was able to successfully draw the abdomen in when it was required.
“I am now experiencing a much flatter stomach which is making me feel younger.
“I also went back to using the Level 1 DVD which I am finding the whole body is firming up especially the torso. Husband has only just commented on what a curvy waist I now have and how am looking quite taut.

I will also mention I did grab one of my old exercise DVD’s which I used to love to do but found some of it hard to do. It is amazing how much more energy I have! Almost everyday people comment to me on how much weight I’ve lost. I look and feel like a totally different person!

“As an ACE certified fitness instructor who has taught up to 9 classes a week for over 12 years, I can tell you that Oxycise! works as well, if not better, than most ‘traditional’ aerobic workouts. When done properly, the Oxycise! breathing technique forces much more oxygen into the body than jumping around on steps, or floors. “I still think it’s too good to be true, but the proof is in the pudding. My question is for you, how is this possible that I’ve gone down from a size 16 to a size 12, and I’m losing inches, yet the scale has only come down 6 pounds? (I’m not complaining at all, but my past experience has been that even with exercise, I had to lose 10 pounds before I went down a size). By the way, I was thinking,’OK, these are designer pants, and designers tend to cut larger because we American women don’t want to face the truth of how fat we really are.’ Well, I went to a department store and tried on clothes ( I need a new outfit for a party on Sunday) and across the board, I’m wearing size 12, albeit some of the items were a tad snug. Oh, how wonderful it is to shop again!”

“I am a 49 year old male with Systemic Lupus. It struck me when I turned 40. I’ll spare you the long story, but it changed my life drastically. “I have to credit a psychic for my start in Oxycise. I went to get a reading and she said I needed more oxygen. I thought that was odd and I wasn’t quite sure what to make of it or what to do about it. So much better than going to the gym
I just took my two Oxycise Dvd’s with Aubrey out last night and I am starting on them today. I don’t know why I stopped because I was seeing results and feeling so much better and I was losing inches. Not so tired. I have a lot of weight to lose and I am back on my journey. So much better than going to the gym and I see results quicker. So much better for my asthma as well.
It is truly unbelievable!!!
In 2 months’ time I have lost 9″ and the sort of haggard look that was reflected in my mirror is also gone! I do the exercises every day and will definitely continue because the benefits and rewards are so great. Weight-wise I haven’t lost much, but that isn’t important to me, as long as I see something (whether it is the scale or the tape measure) for my efforts. As a woman in the throes of menopause, weight reduction is very difficult. So when I see the numbers go down, I am ecstatic, to say the least! Jill’s program is the best. It’s easy and I absolutely love the short amount of time it takes to complete the series of exercises. Afterwards, I feel rejuvenated and renewed and ready to attack the day. Previously, I must have walked from the moon and back with no results—rolled myself in exhausting and time-consuming positions with no results—and now, with just 15 or so minutes a day–the results are IN!! It is truly unbelievable!!! Another great part is the fact that I am not forgotten. What I’m going to say though is going through the exercise, looking at it, and how it’s presented- does appear tedious and silly. But do not let appearances deceive you. Put your all into in and the effects are amazing. You will not be disappointed. Many people make the mistake of thinking that exercises should be exciting and that if they are not – they are useless. When they do that – they pass up gems like this video that explains everything and that anyone can do. I’m so lazy I only did the breathing exercises laying down on my bed and yes I do hate exercising.
I’m not a very disciplined person. But for my health, I’m going to try again. Yes I have used oxycise before. And though I didn’t feel (bodywise) the effects was having on my body. It did work. At the end of the first month I lost 4 inches in my waist. I couldn’t believe it. It wasn’t a mistake. I’m very meticulous when it comes to measuring for things like that. I did it 4 times before I started. I was always tire d and runned down and I couldn’t walk over the hills effectively while on my way to work. The older people were passing me by at full speed and I was embarrassed. I bought oxycise and immediately I felt the difference. I was no longer huffing and puffing over those hills, and I could actually run for the bus and get it. I didn’t feel any difference, But the end of the month revealed a lot. I had lost a lot of inches all over my body including what I mentioned earlier in this review and I felt a lot better in fact I’m going to start doing it again. But I want it to be a life-long change. My goal is 133 pounds. I have over 2 months off from work for vacation and I plan to use it wisely.
IT REALLY WORKS
I have been using the oxycise system for two years, and guess what IT REALLY WORKS. In just 15 minutes a day you can have the trim body that you have been looking for. I lost about 35 inches using this program and also by watching what I eat. I feel so energized and terrific when I do this program daily. Level 3 is my personal favorite.

Hi Jill, at last I managed to get around to sending you this e-mail. I started the Oxycise! program on June 7, and what I have achieved has been beyond my expectations.
I came across Oxycise! purely by accident, doing a search on the internet for something else and decided to give it a try. At that time my energy level was very low and I was suffering from prolonged depression, severe migraines and could not sleep well. I do have some weight to lose as well (roughly 25 lb), but that was not my primary objective.
Well to cut a long story short, for the first time in over a decade, I am totally and utterly medication free. I have not had any migraines for over two months. I used to get at least one very bad one every week and sometimes two, and constant nagging headaches. I have kissed my Prozac good bye and have not taken any sleeping pills during this period. I cannot begin to express how wonderful it feels to be free of all those endless pills and have so much energy. And anytime if I have problems sleeping I do the Torpedo exercises without the arm part and that takes away any residue stress I might have and soon I fall sleep. It is just incredible to wake up and feel fresh. I used to find it so depressing that I was tired all the time and even used to get up feeling tired!!!
I have a very busy lifestyle. I am 43 years old and have a full time job, plus my business, so really there is not much spare time, but I was amazed how easy it was to incorporate the deep breathing into my heavy work days. Even during some boring business meetings I very discreetly time my breathing and try to aim at 4 deep breaths per minute, but I must admit I won’t do the smiles, sniffs and puffs!!!
And by the way, I have also lost 5 inches from my waist, two inches from my hip and 2 inches from my thighs. The weight loss has not been spectacular, but I think 7 pounds is pretty respectable. All these in my view are added bonuses.
Oxycise! is going to be the permanent part of my lifestyle no matter if I lose any more weight or not. And I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for putting me in touch with my body. I have learned how to listen to my body and respond to its needs.
