“They say a picture is worth a thousand words…I want you to see the amazing results I’ve obtained by using Oxycise! I have been overweight for most of my life. I have been battling weight problems on various diets and exercise programs for years with very little success. In fact with the passing of each year my health continued to decline and I had pretty well given up all hope of ever losing weight let alone being thin again. The results I’ve had so far are wonderful and I’m an Oxycise convert for life! I’ve lost 22 pounds since 1st January this year, lots of inches all over and I have really increased my energy levels. My lung capacity has also increased as the other day I walked up this very, very steep hill and was barely out of breath. When I first began the breathing in January I could only do a couple at a time and would have to stop to catch my breath before continuing. Now, I do the entire routine without stopping once. I feel happier, more motivated and my thinking is clearer. I’m also wearing smaller size clothes which is so great!
The rate at which I lose weight is astounding!
I love Oxycise! In my youth I was a gym junkie, doing pounding workouts that were high intensity. Now at age 57, those kinds of workouts do not appeal anymore, but I still want all the benefits of increased energy, feeling good and burning fat that the gym used to give me.
Enter Oxycise! The rate at which I lose weight is astounding! It literally falls off me! I burn fat at a FAR, FAR greater rate now at 57 than I did in my 20s, 30s and 40s. Who says that weight is hard to lose as you get older?
I used to go to the gym 5 times a week, do weights, circuits, boxing classes, spin classes and would get LESS benefit and lose weight at a slower rate than I do now just by doing this beautiful breathing workout. You can imagine the time, the energy and the $ investment!
Then I stumble onto Oxycise one day while surfing the internet and voila! I find something that takes a small amount of time, that has a minimal cost and actually works! Truly, Oxycise is the BEST thing I have discovered for my health in years. “I’m totally blown away. It’s been just under 2 weeks that I’ve been doing the Oxycise! program, and already 4 pounds and 2 inches around my belly are gone! I am very pleased to share with you the results of our Oxycise! experiment.
“Oxycise! experiment? What’s Oxycise?” Please allow me to explain.
Oxycise! is a new exercise program that combines a deep breathing pattern with relatively easy isometric, toning and stretching exercise. It’s a 15-minute program to be done daily. The exercise positions are standing, sitting on the floor and using the wall. The positions may be modified so you don’t have to get on the floor. There isn’t any aerobic activity involved—no running, jumping or constant movement. The idea is to increase the oxygen level in your system to speed up your metabolism, resulting in weight loss.
The advertisements made some incredible claims: “36 lbs. loss in two months, 15 lbs in three months.” One woman claims to have lost 142 lbs. Jill Johnson, the creator of the program, claims to have lost 45 lbs. in six months.
I was skeptical, but residents kept asking me about the program. I decided, let’s put it to the test. I trained almost 150 people to do the program through November. We weighed and measured everybody. On Feb. 6 we weighed and measured again. Unfortunately, only about 30 came back for the second measuring. Some chose to do the program at home. I’m not aware how they have progressed. Weight loss was not dramatic over all. Almost all lost at least a couple pounds, some more. I suppose that’s not too bad considering this experiment was conducted over the holiday season. I was more impressed by the inches lost, particularly in the lower abdomen and hip area. Even more impressive were some of the other health improvements. Everyone seems to agree that they have more energy. Some commented that they didn’t feel as good on days they skipped Oxycise! People with sleeping disorders or difficulties completely eliminated the problem or saw great improvement.
One gal with lymphodema saw a lot of improvement. Swelling in her arm had gone down. Her doctor wanted to know what she was doing. So, she demonstrated some of the Oxycise! program. A test revealed that her blood oxygen level had gone up. Scientific proof!
I listened as they talked about their firmer abdomens, improved posture, flexibility and range of motion of their joints. Someone said that her chiropractor noticed that the shape of her body was changing and wanted to know what she was doing. Singers and those with breathing problems were able to get more air. Someone else said she used to get cramps in her calves all the time. Not any more! It made me realize I used to get a cramp in my left food during a certain stretch. Not any more! Several people said their blood pressure went down. One man told me his blood glucose level had gone down from 130 to 103. Also, his cholesterol came down from 220 to 202. This has been the best report he has gotten from his doctor in years. Wow! I was amazed at what I was hearing. I asked the group if they were interested in continuing the program. A resounding “yes” came forth.
In two years of Oxycising, I have dropped 40 pounds
“Who would have thought that after years of spending thousands of dollars on home exercise equipment, the answer to my fitness prayers would be a $20 set of videos about breathing?
“At 5’10” I weighed close to 220 pounds and was sporting a size 20. In two years of Oxycising, I have dropped 40 pounds (with no changes in diet) and have happily begun buying size 14 trousers.

Kathy’s Latest Results: 75 Pounds, 40 Inches!
“It’s been a while since I’ve written in with my results and I wanted to give you an update. Since I started Oxycising in June of last year I have lost about 75 pounds and 40 inches. It is amazing how much more energy I have! Almost everyday people comment to me on how much weight I’ve lost. I look and feel like a totally different person!

I love you for developing Oxycise, and I love Dianne for helping me learn it. The two of you saved my life!
On December 17th I collapsed and was taken to the emergency room—acute pulmonary malfunction. I had never smoked but I did work with toxic chemicals while in the service. The doctors pulled fluids from my lungs and kept me on a respirator (they told my wife I wouldn’t be around in 6-8 months). I was released from the hospital about the second week of January and was to stay on oxygen at a high rate for the rest of my life.
With nothing else to do except read, I watched a lot of TV. Channel 9 News had a short blip about you and I called as soon as they gave the number for more information. I then came to the studio, my wife had to drive me—you may remember me and my damn green buddy (the oxygen tank). I bought the tapes and started learning to breathe again. I wasn’t strong enough to do the exercises, but I did the breathing twice the first day and increased almost everyday ‘til I was doing the 8-10 times daily. My wife and I started classes as soon as I could. I had not told my pulmonary doctor about Oxycise, but on my checkup in late March he refused to believe the readings the nurse had put down. He took the test again and then feeling the machine was faulty he obtained another machine and re-tested me. I then told him about the Oxycise program and how I had been doing my exercises to increase my lung capacity. He told his nurse to take me for a walk, then he changed his mind and took me for a walk himself. We walked 17 minutes without oxygen stopping only for him to take readings. He reduce the level of oxygen I was to take and set another appointment for each week through the end of June and asked if I would bring the tapes in so he could view them. He still hasn’t returned them! He left the area to return to John Hopkins University Hospital to work in research but before leaving he told me I didn’t have to be on oxygen anymore except when I exercise or at night. Now my little green buddy just rides around in the car.
Oxycise has improved my life! I would like to spread the word to other folks who are dealing with pulmonary problems: GIVE IT A TRY!
