I love Oxycise.
What I’m going to say though is going through the exercise, looking at it, and how it’s presented- does appear tedious and silly. But do not let appearances deceive you. Put your all into in and the effects are amazing. You will not be disappointed. Many people make the mistake of thinking that exercises should be exciting and that if they are not – they are useless. When they do that – they pass up gems like this video that explains everything and that anyone can do. I’m so lazy I only did the breathing exercises laying down on my bed and yes I do hate exercising.
I’m not a very disciplined person. But for my health, I’m going to try again. Yes I have used oxycise before. And though I didn’t feel (bodywise) the effects was having on my body. It did work. At the end of the first month I lost 4 inches in my waist. I couldn’t believe it. It wasn’t a mistake. I’m very meticulous when it comes to measuring for things like that. I did it 4 times before I started. I was always tire d and runned down and I couldn’t walk over the hills effectively while on my way to work. The older people were passing me by at full speed and I was embarrassed. I bought oxycise and immediately I felt the difference. I was no longer huffing and puffing over those hills, and I could actually run for the bus and get it. I didn’t feel any difference, But the end of the month revealed a lot. I had lost a lot of inches all over my body including what I mentioned earlier in this review and I felt a lot better in fact I’m going to start doing it again. But I want it to be a life-long change. My goal is 133 pounds. I have over 2 months off from work for vacation and I plan to use it wisely.

“I’m totally blown away. It’s been just under 2 weeks that I’ve been doing the Oxycise! program, and already 4 pounds and 2 inches around my belly are gone! My whole goal was to fit comfortably in my jeans, and already there is such a difference! 3 years ago I managed to lose close to 30 pounds just by changing some eating habits, but I also lost a lot of muscle as well. I lost 41 pounds

I suddenly lost about 12 inches and was just blown away…so exciting
“I have been Oxycising! for 3 weeks now. The first week, I actually gained several inches. (So discouraging.) Lisa mentions these additional results:
1. I have to walk to 4 flights of stairs to get to my office (we’re on the 3rd floor.). I used to have to stop half-way up and rest, but now I don’t. I’m still slow, don’t get me wrong, but my recovery time is much, much quicker already.
2. My skin has begun to clear up and looks “fresher”.
3. My breath support when I sing has improved and I can hit notes now that I haven’t been able to in years!

7. I have some mild insomnia, but I’ve noticed that even if I don’t get enough rest, using a couple of “Oxybreaths” (is this a word?) or doing the commuter tape really helps me make it through the day.

“I have the old Easy Does It (VCR) version level 1,2,3 … I have been taking radiation treatments for several weeks and I just want you to know that Oxycise helped me so much during my whole ‘Cancer Ordeal’. I don’t know what I would have done without the On the Go Commuter Routine tape, I used it on the way to my treatments so I was well oxygenized when I got there (you have to take deep breaths & hold it while being radiated) and my arms were exercised (you have to hold your arms overhead the whole time) and even exercised my pectoral muscles (they can be weakened during radiation treatment) who knew? I lost my double chin the first week. I didn’t know you could do that!
“I am a young 60 years old. My name is Kate. I am 5 ft. 7 and started out at 240 lbs. I’m a college graduate with a masters in business management and hold a professional position in administration. Unfortunately, the latter means I sit in front of a computer a lot. In September my doctor told me I was on the cusp of Type 2 Diabetes (The type where your body is insulin resistant). Up until I turned 30 I weighed 153, but gained weight after my last pregnancy and found it impossible to lose it and keep it off. My blood pressure went up as did my cholesterol, but It didn’t particularly bother me. I’m healthy. I’m friendly and outgoing. People treat me well and I am able to do most of the activities I enjoy doing. When my weight started becoming a medical problem, however, I made up my mind to do something about it. “I thought that I would drop a note to tell you that my husband and I travel very much throughout Asia, and reside in Japan. While we were back in the states, I saw the infomercial about Oxycise! Knowing how he and I both needed to exercise since we are either sitting in airports, on planes, trains, or in our offices, it really caught my attention.
“I had purchased exercise equipment to use at home, but since we have averaged being home a week per month in Japan during the past couple of years, it has been useless. I purchased small things like exercise stretch bands and such to carry in our suitcases, but nothing ever seemed to work out.
