I am 79 years old and feel great
“Have been doing ‘Easy Does It’ Level One since March. Have lost 26 lbs and a total of 18 inches overall. I do Oxycise! twice a day and walk 1 mile at the mall 3 times a week. I am 79 years old and feel great. I would recommend Oxycise! to any senior person. I have Level Two and will be starting it in Jan. Please note I haven’t changed my eating habits.”

“…I have lost over 4 inches in my belly and over 2 inches in my waist and have firmed up all over. I just got the abs and upper body workout today and it looks like a real challenge for me. I was in a construction accident 10 years ago and fell 4 stories, landing in a parking lot and breaking over 30 bones in my feet, right leg, lower back, and crushing one ankle and one wrist. It was questionable whether I would ever walk again. It is only a miracle from the Lord that today I walk without even a limp! Yet I do have trouble with keeping the weight off as I am not as active as I once was. Oxycise! is a real blessing. Something I can do long term without putting a strain on my various damaged body parts. Thanks for what you are sharing with others.”
“I forgot to mention that I also lost 2+ inches off my butt. I suppose this is doing pretty good as I do eat lunch out every day and have 2 breakfast meetings a week. I did need to modify a couple of the exercises since I have a plate in my left wrist which is fused and a fused right ankle, but the key is the breathing right? I’ll try to keep you updated on future success.”
WHOA! I look good!
“I got Oxycise! about a week ago from QVC and all I’ve had time for is four times in 8 days (and that’s only doing the Basic Breath instructional video–don’t feel comfortable with it yet!) and I try to do it in the shower too. I caught myself in the mirror Tuesday morning and thought–WHOA! I look good! At least better than I have looked. I gleefully tried on a bunch of clothes that I haven’t worn in a year and they actually fit!!! I haven’t measured inches yet, but I ventured on the scale and I’m 10 pounds lighter than I was last I checked, about two weeks ago. I’m really excited, I have about 35 more pounds to go, but with these results, all the stress from my weight is gone. I refuse to look in the mirror with disgust now. I can’t. I’m too happy! :-)”

“Barbara (56) and I (67) have been Oxycising for about four weeks and have become quite religious about it. We work out to your beginning video and love the setting of firs and snow fields. However, this week we found our own special setting. We were on the beach at DelMar (CA) and it was perfect. We even found a retaining wall for the wall exercises, rock outcroppings and a short wall for chair exercises. Can’t wait to get our tape for the next level. Oh, yes, we have also sold our neighbor on the program and he is thrilled (heart patient). Thanks for getting us on the road to better health.”

“Just wanted to let you know that we are still breathing, and very gratified at the two month results we have achieved.
“We got the ‘Spring Special’, and have started Level 2 exercises. My husband, Roger, only does a few of them, or substitutes Level 1 exercises, or just breathes, because of his osteoporosis of the spine. At any rate, he continues to derive benefit.
“I find I have dropped 2 pounds this past month, even though I am within normal weight guidelines. The weight loss has come out of my legs and abdomen. What I really find great, is the increased flexibility in my legs and hips. A slight pain in my left hip when bending, has left since starting Level 2 exercises.
“I am pushing age 71 hard, and Roger is 82. This is and will continue to be a great program for us, pushing back the clock for us.”

“Dear Fellow Breathers,
“What a joy to hear from you. I had intended to write a couple weeks from now, March 15th to be exact, and share our first O! anniversary with you. Yes, we’re still at it and doing well. There was a period of several weeks when I was unable to exercise, and I really missed it. I noticed the pick up in energy and muscle tone again almost immediately on starting again. Also, of course, it’s so much easier to maintain a stable weight. This came in handy over the Christmas holidays. I couldn’t resist some of the special goodies.
“Roger and I intend to stay on this program as long as we are able. The benefits for both of us are enormous, and it’s so simple to do. We alternate Level One through Level Four. Levels Three and Four are especially good for my legs. Roger just breathes and does those reps he can comfortably do. Roger had another birthday since I last wrote. He’s 83.”
It is a great way to spend time together before he goes to work
“I was watching TV one day and nothing good was on, of course. Well, as I was flipping through the channels I came to an infomercial (another one?!). Well, I thought, I am always up for a good laugh, so I watched. To my surprise, and delight, this actually looked interesting. I watched the whole thing, and wrote down the number, something I never do. I watched as real size women, from small to large, talked about their DIFFERENT results and benefits from Oxycise!. I was convinced and wanted to order, then I remembered my husband, the skeptic. Still, I ordered it. It took me a couple of days to tell Brian I ordered a video from the TV. He, of course, said ‘whatever, another $35 down the drain.’ Well…….. only 4 or 5 days later the package came in the mail and we were both home, we popped the video in and watched it, as we were watching we did the basic breath. Brian said ‘I can’t do this, I am a chest breather.’
“Well, to make a long story short, I pushed him, he resisted, I pushed some more, and now he LOVES it!!!!!!!! He says he feels stretched out, energized, and basically great all over. As for me, I love it, too. It is relaxing, yet energizing, and I feel better after doing it. We get up in the morning and do it everyday. It is a great way to spend time together before he goes to work, and a great mutual routine. You would laugh to see us in our tiny living room, him at 6’1″ and me at 4’11”! We just breathe and sniff, breathe and puff. It is great. We aren’t really measuring because we just like the energizing and stretching results. We hike every weekend and walk every night, this is a great addition to our routine. I just have to laugh sometimes to see my big, strong, masculine husband doing Oxycise!
