This is to let you know that I have suffered from terrible migraines, complete with aura, for several years. Since Oxycising, the migraines have become very short, a matter of minutes instead of days. As soon as I feel an aura coming on, I start Oxycising and the aura disappears almost immediately and I no longer get the after-effect of a headache.

I’m a real mom with a real life and a real body. This program works. Period.
It took me almost a year after Kelly told me about Oxycise before I bit the bullet and started it. In that year I joined a gym and I worked out 3-6 days a week, huffing, puffing, lifting weights, and participating in the different classes the gym offered. I was determined to shed those extra pounds and inches that were making my clothes tight and killing my self-confidence.
Frustrated, disappointed, and completely discouraged all describe how I felt after 9 months of hitting the gym. All that work and I could barely tell a difference in my body. Where were my results? I’m a busy, work-at-home mom with two active little boys. The two hours I was spending at the gym everyday seemed pointless. I felt defeated and thought I would have to just accept my new shape and size as the “new me.” I hated it.
Out of desperation, I ordered Oxycise. After spending 2 hours at the gym, 15 minutes a day seemed worth a shot. I was shocked at how quickly I began to see results. Within a week of doing Oxycise for 15 minutes a day I lost 2.5 inches and was starting to see more muscle tone that I did in 9 months of lifting weights at the gym! And it was lean muscle, not the bulky muscle I got from the gym. That was all the motivation I needed to become totally committed to making Oxycise a part of my daily life. And I knew I could keep that commitment because it was only 15 minutes a day! After three months of doing Oxycise (almost) everyday, I lost 10 pounds and 10 3/4 inches!
Now, 10 months later, I’ve shed 31 lb and 34 inches! I never thought I would have this kind of muscle tone and get rid of the bumpy cellulite. But I have! I had abs hiding under that squishy belly! And in another month or two, I might actually be the weight listed on my driver’s license.
I tell all my friends, if I weren’t seeing these results for myself I would think it was a scam. But it’s not! This is the real thing! No pills, no weird diets, no crazy workouts that leave you so stiff you can’t walk for a week (and what mom can afford that?), and I don’t have to spend hours at the gym getting all sweaty. Just 15 minutes a day of breathing and squeezing.
I feel more energetic, my skin looks better, and my clothes are all getting too big. I never thought I would have that problem. Time to go shopping for new skinny jeans! I couldn’t be more pleased with my Oxycise results. I have told all my girlfriends and just about anyone else who will listen to check this program out. There is nothing else like it! I’m a real mom with a real life and a real body. This program works. Period.
UPDATE: Five years later and I am STILL doing Oxycise (almost) daily. I just love it. It saves me from migraines and it keeps me fit and toned. It fits into my schedule and my life. I’ve never stuck with an exercise program longer than 30 days, much less 5 years. That says a lot! Breathe and squeeze for life, Baby!

I felt I could breathe for the first time in months
“I began Oxycising in mid Feb. I first became aware of Oxycising through my sister who has been overweight most of her life. She visited our home in Des Moines in November and I noticed she was ‘shrinking.’ She told me she was breathing and doing a few easy isometric exercises three times a week for 15 minutes. All these changes and just from breathing?
First I want to thank you for developing a program that makes sense and helps those of us who can’t run and jump and otherwise do strenuous workouts. I am like all the others out there who have been fighting the weight battle for so long but now that I have reached my 40’s it means more to me to get my health in order than it is to get into a skimpy bikini!
But in just two weeks I have noticed some major health changes. I have migraines before I start my period and this time, I just did Level One and before I even finished it my headache was gone. Then I noticed – no more PMS symptoms! No bloating, water retention, backache or breast tenderness. How can this be? My jeans fit even better than ever. They were so tight that when I took them off I had welt marks from the side seams! Now they are loose! I even noticed my appetite diminishing. Food has become an afterthought rather than my prime activity for the day. I also work a job where I’m on my feet all day and the last two months I have suffered heel pain that just wouldn’t go away. I guess my weight was finally taking it’s toll on my feet and now the pain is gone.
All these changes and just from breathing? I am amazed and more motivated than ever. The little things thrill me – feeling my clothing get looser; not having a bra strap that binds and cuts into my flesh, being able to bend down from my knees and get back up with no strain. For the first time in over a decade, I am totally and utterly medication free.
Hi Jill, at last I managed to get around to sending you this e-mail. I started the Oxycise! program on June 7, and what I have achieved has been beyond my expectations.
I came across Oxycise! purely by accident, doing a search on the internet for something else and decided to give it a try. At that time my energy level was very low and I was suffering from prolonged depression, severe migraines and could not sleep well. I do have some weight to lose as well (roughly 25 lb), but that was not my primary objective.
Well to cut a long story short, for the first time in over a decade, I am totally and utterly medication free. I have not had any migraines for over two months. I used to get at least one very bad one every week and sometimes two, and constant nagging headaches. I have kissed my Prozac good bye and have not taken any sleeping pills during this period. I cannot begin to express how wonderful it feels to be free of all those endless pills and have so much energy. And anytime if I have problems sleeping I do the Torpedo exercises without the arm part and that takes away any residue stress I might have and soon I fall sleep. It is just incredible to wake up and feel fresh. I used to find it so depressing that I was tired all the time and even used to get up feeling tired!!!
I have a very busy lifestyle. I am 43 years old and have a full time job, plus my business, so really there is not much spare time, but I was amazed how easy it was to incorporate the deep breathing into my heavy work days. Even during some boring business meetings I very discreetly time my breathing and try to aim at 4 deep breaths per minute, but I must admit I won’t do the smiles, sniffs and puffs!!!
And by the way, I have also lost 5 inches from my waist, two inches from my hip and 2 inches from my thighs. The weight loss has not been spectacular, but I think 7 pounds is pretty respectable. All these in my view are added bonuses.
Oxycise! is going to be the permanent part of my lifestyle no matter if I lose any more weight or not. And I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for putting me in touch with my body. I have learned how to listen to my body and respond to its needs.
I have not followed everything you have suggested 100%; just adapted the ones which I would be comfortable with. I still eat meat, but far fewer times and only lean chicken, but red meat only once a month. You can use my letter in any shape or form you wish, my medical records speak for themselves.
