YOU ARE WORTH 15 MINUTES OF “YOU” TIME
YOU ARE WORTH 15 MINUTES OF “YOU” TIME PER DAY – WITH ONE DAY OF REST!
Oxycise is excellent for me physically (in so many ways) and emotionally & its so convenient. I have been oxycising for many years – and gone off for short periods at a time – life ends up too busy and I may end up missing a week or so – but I always get back on track as quick as I can because I miss how I feel and look when I am oxycising. I also have learned how long I can push it NOT oxycising! I have only experienced level 1 and recently finally decided to go to level 2. You feel and see the difference within 1 to 2 weeks once you get started – and then look out – if you keep with your routine – you will get WOW results. I don’t have back problems at all when I am oxycising. I decided to test how long I could go with NOT oxycising (after doing it for about 2 yrs on and off) and the longest period of time that I did NOT oxycise was for a 3 month period. WOW that’s how good oxycising is because its working from your CORE – from the inside out – your body just LOVES and CRAVES it once you get use to it! Within 3 months – my back pain started to come back – my body started to revert back to its out of shape look again too. Oh and another INCONVENIENCE – I experienced the return of what occurred when I sneezed – when you don’t strengthen your core (which is 100% what this exercise DOES do) a weak core caused me to RUSH to the washroom every time I sneezed. I can go on til I am blue in the face – but you have to make this choice for yourself and you need to give it a chance – do it at least for 3 months – I doubt you will turn back.
– SIMPLY PUT: It takes self LOVE to discipline yourself to PRESS the play button to OXYCISE your body and mind – 15 minutes a day – 6 days of the week!
I look trimmer, my jeans are a little looser, and I feel more energetic!
I have had the ‘Easy Does It‘ starter set for about a month and recently received the Levels 2 and 3 tapes to provide me with a little variety.
I weigh 140 lbs. and am 5’6″ tall with very good carriage. I’m not looking to lose much, because I think at age 82, I am at my best fighting weight. Have never thought scrawny old ladies were particularly attractive.
My arthritic knees decided about 6 years ago that I should stop my Jazzercise classes. If I hadn’t had my yoga (been doing it for over 45 years and still attend two classes a week) to fall back on, I may have really gone to pot (small play on words there!). I’ve always used deep yoga breathing to get that oxygen in and to help me sleep, but it’s not as energetic as your method.
Having said that, may I now say that after doing Oxycise! for a few weeks, I am beginning to notice a definite tightening of the areas that needed it. No, I’m sorry, I haven’t been measuring, but I look trimmer, my jeans are a little looser, and I do feel more energetic!
For some of the stretching positions, I have been substituting yoga postures that I feel best utilize the areas of my body that I want to tone. And I love the commuter routine! I visit a shut-in friend about once a week, and she lives 20 minutes away, so I get two of its workouts on those days!!….
You’re more than welcome to use my email if you’d like. I’m hoping in the next several months to have more exciting news to share. Fortunately I have a healthy heart and my blood pressure is fine. It’s just my knees ….. after all that jitter-bugging I did!!
I’m not a small woman (a comfortable size 14), and have never had a protruding tummy. I’m well proportioned, have excellent posture, but have noticed recently that I was getting a little thicker around the middle. I’m certain that Oxycise! is going to take care of that!
BTW about 7 or 8 months ago I was introduced to a bit of incontinence. For some reason, I also had a little difficulty in remembering to do my Kegel exercises daily. Now I simply incorporate them in the ‘lift and tuck’ and Bingo! …. better bladder control!
In these three ‘Easy Does It’ tapes, after I learned the routine, instead of just waiting to start, while Jill explains the position, I go ahead and sneak in a couple of extra breaths. I’m sure I do at least 40 reps per tape! And it’s so easy to do just the diaphragmatic breathing at any time or any place!”
Happy breathing to us all,
I was warned this would be a problem as I aged. Nope.
Mine [stress incontinence] was bad! 69 years old. I thought well this is the way it would be. Then one day I noticed I got up and no leaking. I’m thinking you must have not had your usual amount of water. Nope. Week later, no leakage. I had four children and was warned this would be a problem as I aged. Nope. Just all that breathing and pulling my belly up and to my backbone.
I can now dance, run, laugh, jump and flip with the best of them.
Hi, Just wanted to let you know it’s been one year now and the results are terrific. I have lost 12-1/2 inches and have toned up very nicely.
One thing I have to mention is a topic I’ve never seen in the newsletter. I feel the reason it has never been mentioned is perhaps because of its sensitivity. I am speaking about stress incontinence. I experienced stress incontinence in my early 40’s and it got worse and worse. Having three babies didn’t help. The doctor suggested the Kegel exercises, but either I couldn’t locate the proper muscle, or I was doing it totally wrong, in any event, that surely didn’t work, so I had to resort to using panty liners for a while and when the situation got worse, I graduated to wearing a sanitary napkin every day, whether it was during my cycle or not.
I couldn’t enjoy fast dancing (which I love) at any wedding for fear of “leakage.” I couldn’t walk without locating the nearest bathroom and heaven help me if I roared with laughter. It was awful! I was too young for this and wouldn’t even consider surgery. I felt I was destined to support the Kotex Corporation for the rest of my life.
Then Oxycise! came along and to my surprise, it seems I’m exercising ‘those’ muscles because within 3 months, I noticed I had more control. The fourth month had me completely FREE of anything. I can now dance, run, laugh, jump and flip with the best of them. It’s truly amazing! We all know the wonderful benefits of Oxycise! But for this special benefit alone, it is definitely worth it to me to continue, no matter what! I do Oxycise! always 5 days a week, many times 6 and sometimes 7.
These exercises are truly a life-saver and I can’t tell enough people about them. Thanks ever so much!!!
I saw remarkable results in just 1 month.
This is my second go-round with Oxycise! I started a couple of years ago just to humor a friend who was RAVING about the results. I saw remarkable results in just 1 month. I cannot tell you why I quit. It was a gradual slide back into poor eating habits and no Oxycise!
After reading Dr.Phil’s book on weight loss I decided to “get real” and turned to Oxycise! again, as well as learning to eat healthy. I planned to Oxycise! 5-7 days a week, but I feel so good every morning that I don’t want to start ANY day without it now. I eliminated white sugars and flours and only count fibers to be sure I am getting enough fresh fruits and vegetables. I now PREFER these snacks and additions to my meals. I also only eat until satisfied and not again until I am hungry. The body has a genius way of letting us know when to refuel.
The results? After 1 month, an 11 pound weight loss and 1 clothes size. I only weigh every 2 weeks. I was surprised that the loss was not more significant the last time, but realized that muscle does weigh more than fat. I am more impressed with the ‘sculpting’ of my body through Oxycise! When I fit into my favorite jeans, a size smaller, I went out and bought another pair a size smaller yet because I will be there next month with Oxycise! Another benefit is the improved bladder control. I am 51 next month and the mother of 6. I had been contemplating surgery for stress incontinence but every day my control improves with Oxycise! Thank you Jill!
