I have been using a modified Oxycise! breathing technique during my commute for about 3 months (more slow and meditative, but still vigorous), about 10 minutes or more twice a day. Initially, I had only sought a good deep breathing technique for the relaxation benefit. I had read that relaxation exercises helped alleviate frequent and intense hot flashes. I am 53 years old. The hot flashes are 95% gone.
This is a word that needs to get out – estrogen supplements are unnecessary. I was really irritated at the doctors who said, “just take the estrogen supplement.” I couldn’t get enough sleep, between the hot flashes, heart palpitations, and then chills, all night long. Somehow I knew inside that there was a better way, and deep breathing was it. Ironic – relaxation as a discipline. But when I get to 10 minutes of continuous deep breathing, I don’t usually want to stop. 10 minutes seems to be some kind of threshhold where the relaxation and the oxygenation start to penetrate into the muscles ??? It’s a powerful feeling, literally and figuratively. (I don’t think 5 minutes would suffice.) Now, I don’t mind the time in the car to & from work.
It isn’t about waiting until you have a hot flash to start doing deep breathing exercise. It’s about a daily habit, a lifestyle choice.

My cellulite is disappearing
I am loving my results with oxycise. The biggest benefit I have found is my mood has improved greatly. I was pretty depressed before I joined the Oxycise community on Facebook. Also, my cellulite is disappearing and my menopause belly is going down. I am so motivated!
I am reaping the benefits.
I have been doing Oxy! for 2 1/2 years – most of the time, being consistent. Now I am “reaping the benefits.” Even though I am at a difficult time in my life with menopause, I am determined that I can control my weight, toning and stomach!! I am 58 years old but I am proud to say that I am down one size. I have lost some weight, but more importantly, I have lost inches – especially hips and waist. Health-wise, I realize the importance of weight loss around the middle section.
It felt so good to receive a compliment from my husband last week while I was combing my hair. He said “You really look good – I can see a big difference!!” WOW!! — He made my day. I would recommend not to get disappointed with the weight scales – keep measuring weekly and pay attention to your measurements. You build muscle with Oxy! and remember, muscle weighs more than fat!! Also, alternating videos takes the boredom out of it. I alternate 3 videos: Level 3 and 4 and also Abs and Upper Body. For my age, my muscle-tone is great.
When I can wear clothes that I could not wear a year ago — I certainly don’t mind meeting with Jill each morning. She has changed my life.

IT’S JUST 15 MINUTES A DAY!
I’ve battled my weight since I was in jr. high, and I’m sure I’m like many others who’ve tried it all. Many times I’ve lost the weight–the equal number of times, I’ve gained it–plus more–back. When I finally threw up my hands about 10 years ago and said I’d had enough of yo-yo dieting, I hit a plateau, and while I was still a big girl, at least I hit a first time in my life when I could wear the same clothes from season to season.
Then a year ago, I had breast surgery. It turned out well, but one of the medications to battle its re-occurrence is an estrogen-blocker. I immediately hit menopause, and the weight started back up.
I’ve been happily doing my daily Oxycising (Level 1) for 15 weeks. I’ve not altered my eating, and even taking the medication, I’ve lost 6″ around the waist and 5-1/2″ around the hips. AND IT’S JUST 15 MINUTES A DAY! I’m excited–I think I’ve hit upon a program I can live with.

In 2 months’ time I have lost 9″ and the sort of haggard look that was reflected in my mirror is also gone! I do the exercises every day and will definitely continue because the benefits and rewards are so great. Weight-wise I haven’t lost much, but that isn’t important to me, as long as I see something (whether it is the scale or the tape measure) for my efforts. As a woman in the throes of menopause, weight reduction is very difficult. So when I see the numbers go down, I am ecstatic, to say the least! Jill’s program is the best. Why would anyone want to sweat when they can get such a total workout in 15 minutes a day?
I am so sick of my body not doing what it did before I started the change of life. I never had problems taking weight off, but I was your typical “try this and that and lose the weight” and then put it back on. About 15 years ago I changed my eating habits to a more balanced, livable one and stopped when I was satisfied, not stuffed, and lost 75 pounds and kept it off. Then the big “M” hit and no matter what I do, I can’t lose those extra pounds that seem to have attached themselves to my midriff section. I watched your infomercial three times before I ordered the product. I LOVE IT. I lost 2 1/2 inches the first week and only 1 inch the second, but my husband and I do the exercises together. I have some degeneration in my spine and normal exercises are out of the question, besides, I HATE to sweat. I really look forward to the time and don’t mind it at all.
By the way, I am telling EVERYONE about this incredible program. Why would anyone want to sweat when they can get such a total workout in 15 minutes a day??????????

I have seen incredible results and I am in menopause (well into it at nearly 56). I entered menopause at 50. I have been doing Oxycise! faithfully since September, and I am firm and toned and have lost inches, especially around my mid section, the hardest to do after menopause. I have also been the only person I know not to have gotten sick with some flu or virus or something this winter. I breathe better, I am more relaxed and yes, my resting heart rate has lowered into the 60’s as I read in the book it might.
