absolutely the best workout i have ever done
Love, love, love this workout! I’ve been doing it on and off for the last 15 years and it is absolutely the best workout i have ever done. I lost 30 lbs years ago by doing this video everyday for about 4 months, it was amazing. It leaves you with a really fit toned body. Not only is it great for keeping a healthy body it is great for my anxiety and depression, as a long time sufferer of both it really clears the cob webs in my brain and gets me feeling rejuvenated and fresh. Anyway my VCR finally croaked and i was freaking out about how i was going to get do my Oxycise workout. Thankfully the Oxycise website let me order a download for a new and improved video with Aubrey Lee and she is just as fantastic as her mom Jill Johnson. Recently I gained 20lbs after quitting smoking last December and am looking forward to doing this workout on a regular basis!

Hi, I just wanted to say in 1996, after my Dad died, I suffered from bad anxiety attacks for 3 years on and off, my Dad died of bone cancer, in a quick five months he was gone, the images of his suffering affected me, I saw Jill s infomercial and heard Oxycise is good for anxiety and stress, so I ordered….. Level one VHS Tapes,It did WONDERS for my anxiety attacks, vertigo, and insomia…it ll be 18 year tommorrow December 30th….that my Dad passed away,,,, I still do Jills tape now transfered to a CD, about 3 to 4 times per week for stress, tiredness,and for ENERGY….. As for weightloss which I was NOT seeking, I lost 31 lbs…..over the years….So you see my Oxycise friends and NEWBIES….. oxycise Level One…. brought QUALITY of life and health, and emotionally wellness back to me. God Bless Jill and now her Daughter for bringing us Oxycise….THE POWER OF OXYGEN!!! And still today….when I get tired I get light headed, like around this Christmas season….rushing and running around…. I go back to my work outs to give me my energy and balance, 2 workouts the fatigue and dizzyness passes. I LOVE MY OXYCISE TIME…. Forget weightloss the health benefits are HUGE…..
O! did wonders for me
OH GOSH! Just completed my session! I also do weights and cardio and O! really enhances it. Just started O!ing again (haven’t done this in a long time) after I’ve got a cold in June and with a clean diet and real exercise, I’ve lost an inch! Amazing!
Update: The holidays are coming, and I have caregiving duties on top of that. I’m going to do my O! with lots of gusto and power and increase the duration a bit! So far I lost 7 inches from my waist and 4 inches from my hips! I might have a chance that as long as I keep portions in check, I might actually lose than gain over the holidays!
Update: There’s a party coming up in 2 weeks and I’m using the program religiously! Already wore my party dress to see how it fit and it was LOOSE at the arms! OH YEAH! I’ll be CERTAINLY ready for that, thanks to this AMAZING workout regimen!
Update: Just wanted to know how O! did wonders for me. Took the Adult Fitness Test and did the 1-mile walk in 8:11 – the 99%ile! That’s why I incorporated O! into my near-daily workout regimen. I just did 212 breaths yesterday!
This is my workout for life.
I have been Oxycising 4 -5 times a week all this fall right up to Christmas, I knew my clothes were looser, but didn’t check on the scale, I didn’t expect comments like ” You’ve lost weight you’ve slimmed down, from several relatives at Christmas, ” Wow I thought it shows…so boxing day I weighed myself to see down 20lbs!!! WOW…I do Level 1, 4 -5 times a week , so to all you sceptics out there , go ahead TRY oxycise, 1st thing you ll notice is ENERGY… by 3rd or 4 th day, then better sleep, then by week one, flatter stomach, 2nd week clothes start to get loose, it REALLY works, even if your NOT doing it daily…you feel better and better as days and weeks go by, I like the fact I can do in in my PJ s at night after my shower, no sweating, no jumping around…nothing but a chair and yoga or thicker mat needed. This is my workout for life. Ive memorized the Level one work out so even when I travel , I take 15 -20 min, and do it im our hotel room.
In just 3 weeks I lost 17.5 inches
I Love this Program! Actually some years ago, is when I first found it. In just 3 weeks I lost 17.5 inches total body. Why I ever stopped I don’t know. 🙂 I am back on this, as I sleep better, have more energy. Almost 2 weeks of using this program 3 days a week, I’ve lost 6.25 inches. Had some issuse with my back so hope soon I can increase to 6 days a week with Oxycise! 🙂 So thankful to Jill Johnson and now her Daughter for leading the way showing us how to be healthier!
I am reaping the benefits.
I have been doing Oxy! for 2 1/2 years – most of the time, being consistent. Now I am “reaping the benefits.” Even though I am at a difficult time in my life with menopause, I am determined that I can control my weight, toning and stomach!! I am 58 years old but I am proud to say that I am down one size. I have lost some weight, but more importantly, I have lost inches – especially hips and waist. Health-wise, I realize the importance of weight loss around the middle section.
It felt so good to receive a compliment from my husband last week while I was combing my hair. He said “You really look good – I can see a big difference!!” WOW!! — He made my day. I would recommend not to get disappointed with the weight scales – keep measuring weekly and pay attention to your measurements. You build muscle with Oxy! and remember, muscle weighs more than fat!! Also, alternating videos takes the boredom out of it. I alternate 3 videos: Level 3 and 4 and also Abs and Upper Body. For my age, my muscle-tone is great.
When I can wear clothes that I could not wear a year ago — I certainly don’t mind meeting with Jill each morning. She has changed my life.
