So much better than going to the gym
I just took my two Oxycise Dvd’s with Aubrey out last night and I am starting on them today. I don’t know why I stopped because I was seeing results and feeling so much better and I was losing inches. Not so tired. I have a lot of weight to lose and I am back on my journey. So much better than going to the gym and I see results quicker. So much better for my asthma as well.

I have good news to report. After losing 20 lbs in 3 months, I fell and broke my hip. I felt my weight loss program was over. I e-mailed Dr. Larriann Gillespie, author of ‘ The Goddess Diet’ and ‘ The Menopause Diet’, for help. She suggested Oxycise! I ordered Level 1 and started doing Oxycise! every day from my bed and W/C. There were many positions I could not do, so I did more of those that I could do.
