I was a total skeptic
I was a total skeptic but after getting my dvd and CD in the mail over the weekend, I have to admit that I am more relaxed, and feeling changes in my body after 2 tries. This is coming from someone who was always into intense workouts like running and circuit training. I used my CD during my half hour commute this morning and it did leave me feeling refreshed. Thanks so much for Oxycise!

Oxycise DOES WORK! – My commuter routine had been packed for a while and I’d previously had measurable results (but forgot about it) – I’ve just unpacked it & I’m more determined than ever to BREATH! – I Love the fact that 15mins. is all you need and is “equivalent to doing 300 situps” as per one of your success stories. – You really feel it! – YAAAAYYY!

So much better than going to the gym
I just took my two Oxycise Dvd’s with Aubrey out last night and I am starting on them today. I don’t know why I stopped because I was seeing results and feeling so much better and I was losing inches. Not so tired. I have a lot of weight to lose and I am back on my journey. So much better than going to the gym and I see results quicker. So much better for my asthma as well.
Only 17 minutes of gentle exercise with no impact what so ever. I’m hooked!
I’ve been oxycising daily and just the other day I put it to the test. I wore my heart rate monitor while oxycising for 17 minutes. I burned 141 calories! Thats great for only 17 minutes of gentle exercise with no impact what so ever. I’m hooked!
