Oxycise! is something I can stick with for the rest of my life.
“I am 31 years old and have spent half my life trying to achieve and maintain weight loss. The problem was that nothing was ‘do-able’ long term. Anyone can go on a fad diet, but you can’t stay on one for the rest of your life. And joining the gym turned out to be a joke for me. “When I received my Oxycise! program I had a cold and only did the program for three days, before finding out I had walking pneumonia. I did not do the exercise the following four days, and still lost 3 pounds the first week and 1 1/2 inches. After recuperating, the next week I did the program daily. When I measured the second week, I had lost 7 pounds and 5 1/2 inches. I lost 2 of those inches around my waist.
“This is truly amazing because I have had seven surgeries on my stomach, and I haven’t even been able to lift my head up off the floor to do sit ups. Therefore, for the past 16 years I haven’t even been able to work on my abs. I also started eating a low fat diet. The kids don’t mind giving up the TV for 15 minutes, but they would if I had an exercise tape that lasted 30 minutes to an hour. I have noted every possible reason to do this workout, and can think of very few reasons why not to. Thank you so much Jill, this is truly a great product!!”
I have lost 35 pounds
“I have been on the program for almost six months along with my husband. We are seeing great results. We are both in our 60’s and it takes a bit longer to shape up but this program really works!!

“This is an update. I am still very delighted with the Oxycise! program. I was sidetracked with a health problem for a while but am back to doing my O’s. I have lost 35 pounds. “Oxycise! is the best thing that has happened to me. It will be with me for life. I ordered level one from QVC last July and then the book from Jill. It is the easiest, most natural way to lose and maintain weight I have known. Believe me, I have struggled with yo-yo dieting most of my adult life.
“I am a 62 year of woman who retired in January of this year. Since I am a morning person, the first thing I do upon arrival and making my bed is to go through the ‘O’ program. Then I walk approximately two miles five to six days a week. The results have been great. I have lost 30 pounds and 11 inches in my waist. I have gone from size 16-18 pants to a size 10. The good thing about ‘O’ is that I have been able to maintain my weight for more than six months and feel better than ever.
“My friends have noticed that there is something different about my face. I have shared ‘O’ with several people and they have been ‘turned on’ and ordered the tapes also. To me, the secret is to do ‘O’ immediately upon getting up in the morning. This way it is done for the day and you don’t have to think about it again. “I wasn’t overweight before I started Oxycising. Still, gravity does take its toll! Even with my years of exercising, I’ve noticed diminishing muscle tone. I’m so pleased with the results I get from Oxycising! I do it every day.
“I’m 46 and have been doing a daily aerobics routine for the past 18 years–running, walking, step-aerobics, NordicTrack, Health Rider, aerobic dance, whatever. My energy level was so low; I thought Oxycise! might give me a little more pep. I really didn’t expect to lose much in the way of inches. I started feeling more energetic almost immediately.
“I continued with level one for a couple of weeks, and then decided to buy tapes 2 and 3. After doing tape 2 for a week or two, I noticed a definite change in the way my body looked and felt. Dramatic? Maybe not, but I’m very pleased with the results. I’ve been using tape 3 for the past few weeks, and have noticed that my body is becoming even more toned. Now I have all of the tapes plus the commuter tape, which I started using yesterday. It’s a great energizer. I haven’t used my latest exercise machine since February, although I’ve been careful to dust it once a week.
“Another added benefit: I’m sleeping better! Exercising in the morning has never worked for me, so I do my routine a couple of hours after dinner. The leaping/running/ pedaling/stepping regimen gave me a ‘second wind’ I didn’t really want. “I ordered the Oxycise! Level One and Level Two videos, the audio tape and the Oxycise! book near the end of May. They were in my mailbox by May 31st and I started the program on June 1st. (Ironically, it was June 1st, 1983, when I met my husband for the first time! I was a size 5-7 then and very happy with my weight and appearance.)
“I usually do either Oxycise! video at least once a day, sometimes both, and at least six days a week, alternating each video for variety. (I haven’t used the other program since starting Oxycise!) When I’m driving in the car 15 minutes or more, I do the Oxycise! audio tape. When I started the Oxycise! program, I marked my measurements in red marker on one of the measuring tapes provided so I could clearly see my progress.
“As of July 1st, (one month later), I had lost over 5 inches in total (I have been measuring myself in six areas), with the majority in my waist and my arms. It’s wonderful to see the new marker line moving away from the old measurement–in the right direction! My hips and thighs have been more stubborn with very minimal inch loss. However, my cellulite in these two areas has noticeably improved. My legs look more toned and they are starting to show better definition–I’m on my way, anyway.
“I have not lost any weight yet, in fact I have gained two pounds, but I recognize that I have been eating more calories than usual and, as confirmed by Julie at Oxycise!, muscle weighs more than fat. My abdomen, especially my waist, is much more toned and looks flatter than it has in some time–my husband has also commented that he’s noticed a difference.
“The best part is that I went to the store to buy a pair of shorts and I have lost one size! I even tried on a different pair of shorts in size 10 to make sure it wasn’t just a different fit. I can’t tell you how thrilled I was! I have been wearing a size 12 for the last two years and this is the first time I was able to wear a size 10 in probably ten years! (The clothes that I am wearing now are probably going to soon need to be taken in or replaced. Darn, I hate to shop–just kidding!!)
“When I came back to work from the store, beaming after buying my new shorts, I told some of my co-workers and they wanted to know what I was doing! I explained the Oxycise! program and demonstrated the Basic Breath. I told them how easy it is and how little time it takes to do each day. They were asking how to visit your website. One of my co-workers explained the concept to her aerobics instructor who believes it makes sense as she uses deep breathing for healing.
“Another benefit has been the increased energy level. When I feel really tired at the end of the day, I do one of the Oxycise! videos and feel energized and ready to go again!
“Over the years I have tried many other programs with very little long-term success, some with no success–if I lost weight, it came back with a few extra pounds. In fact, when I told one of my sisters that I was starting Oxycise! she said, ‘It’s just another flavour of the month. You’ve tried the Jane Fonda workout, aerobics, the stepper, Body Flex, etc., and now this. Well, let me know if it works.’ Well, IT DOES! I am amazed at how simple it really is and how little effort and time it takes. It’s hard to believe something this easy works! This is something I KNOW I can stick with!
“I only did the other breathing program when no one was around because of the strange breathing technique and facial expressions needed to do it as it is taught–I found it was just too embarrassing to do in front of or within earshot of others. With Oxycise! I don’t feel embarrassed or self-conscious, I ‘just do it!’ Jill is down to earth and explains everything so well and the other participants on the videos are easy to relate to.
“One of the things I have found that keeps me so motivated is to read the testimonials on your website. Everyone’s success level is different but encouraging. I know in another month that I will have lost more inches and hopefully some weight, and if not, then I know it WILL happen in time! “Well, Oxycise! has done it again for me!!! Today, I went to the store to buy myself some new jeans since all my other jeans are too big now, and lo and behold, I’ve dropped another size. I actually got to buy a Size 8 pair of jeans–I haven’t worn a size 8 since before I was married! That’s two sizes I’ve lost in just 2-1/2 months! I swear I was almost touching the ceiling when I left the store!

Isn’t it fun??? I remember the first time I fit in a size 12. I tried on several 14’s and they were too big, so I started looking at the size 12 rack.
I kept thinking the the sales clerks were staring at me thinking, “What is that fat girl think she’s doing trying to fit in a size 12.”
I took 2 or 3 pairs of jeans into the dressing room, and they fit! I didn’t trust the size yet, so I literally tried on 25 pairs of jeans in size 12 before I admitted to myself that I was actually that size. It was amazing to me.
