I knew if I didn’t do something, I would never be able to lift grandchildren up into my arms
“I learned of Oxycise one night last summer when I was unable to sleep and was watching infomercials. I have tried many programs, diets, and exercises and have remained overweight most of my life. This sounded painless, low key and the people who had found success with it seemed so sincere.
“I thought ‘why not’, I already had wasted a small fortune on videos and programs, and I had enough deserted equipment to open a gym- what’s one more. But yet in my heart I really wanted this one to work.
“I was not as concerned about my size as I was concerned about my health. I am only 42, yet I had noticed more and more that it was difficult to fill my lungs with air. I eat sensibly, but I don’t deny myself. I know my results would be greater if I did change my eating habits, but I have to do something that I will be able to live with for the rest of my life. “I had my 3-month check-up last week with my neurologist. I started on Oxycise! at the last of August. When I went in for my appointment I was

They are accustomed to seeing me a bag of nerves and pain and upset because I have been unhappy about my weight. I was impressed that both he and his nurse took notes about it. He has always been a doctor who is interested in new ideas and is not closed-minded as many in his profession.”

“I would like to say thanks to the ingenious person who put Oxycise! on Australian infomercials!! My mother ordered it off TV and introduced me to it. Before beginning college I never had to worry about my body and what I ate because I wasn’t leading such a sedentary lifestyle. But after starting, I found I was fast losing tone all over, even gaining extra kilos (or pounds!!! :>). I’ve never been a big exerciser as I have chronic allergies/sinusitis and frequently experienced burning in my chest. Needless to say, Oxycise! did prove a little difficult in the beginning but with proper treatment by an allergist for the nose, I began the breathing on a regular basis. I’m now gaining back tone in my body and getting rid of those few extra kilos (pounds!) I put on. I play squash a couple of times a week and don’t get puffed so easily and the best thing… no burning sensations in my chest. With a new baby I found it hard to find the time I had before
“I have always loved to exercise. I taught step aerobics in college; I basically lived in the gym during those years. I spent countless hours in exercise classes and on the machines.
