If I feel this good at 75 then anyone can do it and succeed
“I’m totally blown away. It’s been just under 2 weeks that I’ve been doing the Oxycise! program, and already 4 pounds and 2 inches around my belly are gone! My whole goal was to fit comfortably in my jeans, and already there is such a difference! 3 years ago I managed to lose close to 30 pounds just by changing some eating habits, but I also lost a lot of muscle as well. I got all excited and bought a bunch of 32 jeans since the 33’s I had were falling off.
“Well, it didn’t take long for those pounds to come back with a vengeance. I was so incredibly disheartened, which is how I’ve been for the past 2 years…beating myself up for gaining the weight back. “Which brings me to my 2 inches lost. But it’s not just that! I actually have biceps again! AND, there is abdominal definition where there has NEVER been before. I’m totally sold on the system. While I stumbled around for the first 2 days trying to get all the moves coordinated, by the 3rd day, I had it down and it’s just great! I find my lung capacity and endurance during physical activity has increased dramatically. I can’t imagine how things will be in 2 MORE weeks! I’ll definitely be referring all the ‘tough cases’ in my life to Oxycise! I wouldn’t call it a walk in the park – it’s real work! But it sure beats anything else I’ve ever tried! I don’t have to leave home, I can do it anywhere, anytime, and I do feel really good afterward!

“Thanks for doing the exercises every day with me. I do them on the video with you and it has turned out to be the best thing I have done for myself.
“I started the Oxycise! program I think about last January 2004. I really didn’t think it would work, I thought I was too old. Age was my problem. I was tired and run down and felt just plain lousy. I was about 50 pounds overweight and was wearing a tight 44 pants. …I saw an add for the Oxycise! program and decided it was time to stop and try and do something. I thought I was too old to do the weight thing.
“Much to my surprise I started and I felt a lot better after the first week. My breathing was good and my energy level was on the rise. In fact I fired the lawn man and am now doing all of the yard work and singing again in Church, and the breath is good. I have so many rewards for doing your program I can’t believe them all. “Have been doing ‘Easy Does It’ Level One since March. Have lost 26 lbs and a total of 18 inches overall. I do Oxycise! twice a day and walk 1 mile at the mall 3 times a week. “I have the old Easy Does It (VCR) version level 1,2,3 … I have been taking radiation treatments for several weeks and I just want you to know that Oxycise helped me so much during my whole ‘Cancer Ordeal’. I don’t know what I would have done without the On the Go Commuter Routine tape, I used it on the way to my treatments so I was well oxygenized when I got there (you have to take deep breaths & hold it while being radiated) and my arms were exercised (you have to hold your arms overhead the whole time) and even exercised my pectoral muscles (they can be weakened during radiation treatment) who knew? The Cancer Center in Boulder had never heard of the Oxycise program, I gave them the information so that they could add it to their ‘Integrative Treatment Program.’ The Dr’s were impressed with my lack of side effects at my age (77) and especially my breathing capacity.

This is the only exercise program I have ever stuck with
“I injured my shoulder about 3 years ago. Several times…in the same spot. I fell and hit it several times. I could not raise my arm because it hurt so much and was very stiff. When I first began to Oxycise! I would have to lift my right arm with my other hand, if I was doing a position that required raising that arm. If I reached for anything in my cupboard I would have to put my left hand on my right elbow and help that arm down or I would drop whatever I was retrieving.
“After about two weeks of Oxycising, I could move my right arm up and down with no pain. This was no fluke and no coincidence. It was great to move my arm up and down after three years of not being able to do it. I have had no problems for a year now, since I have been Oxycising, but as I mentioned before, I was very surprised when it started stiffening up again and hurting after several days of no Oxycising. It only took 2 or three days for it to feel good again. I am almost 65 and have osteoarthritis. When my legs are sore or stiff and my back hurts I find that if I Oxycise! a little extra it really helps.
“Sure it’s work, but it is sure worth it. I don’t understand why people are so slow to try this when someone who has experienced the benefits tells about it. I am so skeptical about so many things, but I have proven this to be good for me in more ways than one.”
Update 6 years later:
“Thank you so much for the newsletter. I have been doing the Oxycise program for a few years now and it really helps me with flexibility etc. I am 70 years old and this program helps me so much. I vary between Levels 1 and 4…also the abs and arm tape.
“Not only am I 70 years old and do 5 levels of Oxycise, but I have atrial fibrillation. Of course people should check with their doctor first, but it has not affected my heart at all. In fact there have been times when it has actually stopped an episode of A.F.
“Sometimes when I haven’t been able to sleep at night, I will get up and do one of the tapes, then go back to bed to go right to sleep. This is the only exercise program I have ever stuck with and I have started many and quit after a few months.”
Still at it another 8 years later:
“I have not posted on the board for quite a while, but am still oxycising. Thank you for the newsletters. I am 78 years old. I feel a lot better if I Oxycise on a consistent basis.
“I had tried several other types but didn’t experience the same results. I did some aerobics and then would do some strength excersises. Well….Oxycise gives me both. So I stuck with it.
“It’s the only exercise I have been able to stick with through the years. I find it keeps me more limber than I would be otherwise at my age since I do have osteoarthritis. If my B/P is too high, I will Oxycise…then take my B/P and it will have come down several points. I am plagued with anxiety attacks from time to time….so my next ‘trial’ is when I feel an anxiety attack coming on…Oxycise and see if it can be avoided. I highly recommend it.”
