Guess what? I am a convert.
“Jill – While I have been enthused about Oxycise!, I have to admit that I have not gotten far off the couch yet because of a rotten virus that kept me bound to my bed for weeks. Just before Christmas, my head and throat cleared enough for me to review your videos and start a little Oxycise! from time to time. That isn’t the news, though.
“My favorite designer is excruciatingly expensive and I always wait for the after-Xmas sales to see if I can afford to indulge this year. Yesterday, I trekked into town, grabbed the most stunning top I could find — and it was too big! The pants I have been waiting to buy since October were too big! “Although I did lose some inches on Bodyflex, the scale refused to budge. Even with drinking tons of water and cutting down on red meat. With Oxycise! I am finding it easier on my body. I have high intraocular pressure at the present and had to quit Bodyflex due to some of the positions. I have done Oxycise! for one week and I can’t believe how different I feel. I actually feel like I did something aerobic instead of wheezing. My heart rate never got above 90 with Body Flex but with Oxycise! it gets up to the 100’s and I actually sweat a little if I do it right. WEBSITE out to family and friends and told them that Jill’s program is a MUST! I didn’t feel this way after doing Body Flex although I was getting in more oxygen . . .”

“I have Grave’s disease, and since my thyroid has been 100% destroyed I’ve had no energy and put on 30 pounds in one year. I had been taking a 2 hour nap during the day, and I would force myself to make it to 9 pm at night.

Oxycise! is the first thing I’ve ever been able to stick with!
Susan’s success seems to shine even brighter because she has been very determined in spite of many obstacles she has faced. A mother of three, she has battled thyroid problems for 14 years and had a car accident 3 years ago. She did not have “overnight” results with Oxycise! and writes about getting off to a rough start…
“For the first month I had no noticeable results. I gained weight (3 lbs) and I gained and lost inches in several places with only a 1-inch loss total when you did all the math…It wasn’t a pretty sight at the beginning. Susan made healthy changes in her eating with the help of Jill’s “Fuel for Success Book“. She has been very consistent about doing regular Oxycise! workouts. During one six-week period she wanted to be ready for a family reunion and decided to double her efforts by doing three workouts per day, 6 days per week! “It really paid off too”, she wrote, “my pictures with my slimmer sisters were much better this year than last year!!”
Susan later cut back to one workout per day, 5 days per week.
It took some time for Susan to notice visible results. She writes, “A couple months into Oxycising! I started seeing some arm definition while I was doing the floor exercises (holding my knee to my chest with both arms) and it really motivated me. So I bought some wrist and ankle weights and started using them this week. I can only use them at home though. When I Oxycise! at home I do it in front of a mirror. “I can’t believe that I let these gems sit on my shelf for about 15 or 20 years while I did such things as The Firm. I never did get thin doing the Firm and following various diets. I just yo-yoed, having good years and bad years, until my joints started aching so much I had to quit.
“I first bought a complete set of VHS tapes of Oxycise in the 80’s I think and then replaced with the DVD version — but I still let them sit. I was as brainwashed as anyone else that weight loss came through extreme workouts and extreme diets. Then one day, very fat and miserable, I just decided to see if the success stories on the site were true. “It is important to Oxycise at least 6 days a week. I did not get these results with only 3 a week. I am now trying to add a few 2-a-days each week to lose my last 10-15 pounds.
“While I give Oxycise the credit for about 80% of my weight loss, I would like to mention that my plan has two other important components. The first is to quit dieting. I have used an NLP program called ‘Think Yourself Thin’ by Paul McKenna which I love because McKenna emphasizes teaching how to eat like normal people. Unlike other NLP weight loss programs that try to train you to diet, McKenna trains you to eat normally. I try to follow his 4 golden rules. Dieting does nothing but make you focus on the foods you can’t eat and we get in life exactly what we focus on.
“The second component is nutrients. I believe that my thyroid was completely underperforming and my hunger levels have drastically decreased since adding iodine, D3, magnesium and a greens product to my diet. I also take lots of essential oils such as cod liver oil, coconut oil and evening primrose. I learned about these nutrients through a book about fighting migraines and the added benefit was that they also helped my weight loss. People should research the type of iodine the body needs because it is not grocery store iodine. I have met so many people with serious thyroid issues lately.

I Love Oxycise!
My name is Belinda Hudson, and “I Love Oxycise!” I have ever since I saw it debut on QVC in 1997, I just knew something was different about it! That is just my beginning!
When I got my Level 1 with Jill, I had already been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. But no matter the pain ups and down I was experiencing, I was falling in love with Oxycise!!
As time passed and my body allowed, I continued to slowly add in more levels with time; Level 2, 3, 4 — and even Buns & Thighs 1 and Abs & Upper Body. ( I was getting close for Buns & Thighs 2)
My flexibility was becoming more amazing to me as each tape passed! I love to go around and put my leg up on high objects just to challenge myself and really see how far I was coming. Some of the places I used were a little odd, but I just didn’t care! Ha! But I was getting flexibility I did not even has as a child growing up.
There were days when I got in the higher levels, I would mix and match and do two tapes a day — I love to get that “Breathing Feeling!” Ha! Sometimes I would think to myself, “Am I becoming an Oxycise addict or what??”
I had a lot of outside stress matters to deal with during my journey. That can slow the body down when it’s on stress overload, but I continued to pump in that oxygen!!
I admit it, I did not finish my journey, but I still experienced a 200 lb weights loss! Now you may wonder what stopped me or why? Well, that’s where it gets more intense!
I already had fibromyalgia…well here comes what things happen next…
I lost my thyroid in a 7.5 hr surgery, and believe me, anyone with thyroid issues knows — it will fight the scale, whether you have one or not. It’s all about keeping your numbers balanced then.
I was diagnosed with the disease of multiple sclerosis. If anyone reading this has MS, they know what it can be like living with that monster. I also have osteoarthritis. It has its own mind too, I’m sure anyone with arthritis understands that!
Last, but not least, I’m an 8 yr cancer survivor. I had a bilateral mastectomy, removal of both breasts. I’ve been through chemotherapy and radiation due to that. But the Lord blessed my husband and me as we went through that journey together. (I’m happily married for 30+ years.)
Needless to say, a lot has happened since my Oxycise time years, but it has NEVER left my heart! It took me about 10 yrs to lose my 200 lbs. I know losing weight slower makes it stay off best, but my long length of time had nothing to do with the capabilities of Oxycise; it was all about how bad off I was in my emotional and physical conditions.
In my current life, I have Easy Does It Level 1 as a place to start, it will have its challenges, I am in a wheelchair a good part of my time now due to my multiple sclerosis. I am seeing an allergist now that shows a lot of promise. I have a lot of stomach issues and allergies.
But I hope my testimony can help someone out there with overloaded health matters.
