“After I had my son and had lost all of the 50 lbs that I had gained during my pregnancy, I decided to stop nursing him and ended up gaining back 20 lbs in two months. Nothing that I tried to lose the weight worked and needless to say I was very unhappy. At 5′ 2” and 138 I could squeeze myself into a size 10. Well my family decided to take a vacation to Hawaii, that meant that I would have to be seen in a bathing suit! Not a chance!!! “…I did not make any changes other than doing the oxycise tapes, and as far as eating, I was actually able to eat more than I had before. “It’s been a full year since I reached my goals using Oxycise! and counting calories. These were my total losses:
Weight: 65.5 pounds
Ribcage: 6.5 inches
Waist: 9.0 inches
Lower abs: 10.0 inches
Hips: 9.5 inches
Thigh: 5.0 inches
“Not only have I maintained these losses, I managed to shave off another half inch from my ribcage and my waist during the past year. I take my measurements once a month, but I still like to step on the scales several times a week to keep tabs on my weight (which tends to fluctuate within about 3 or 4 pounds). Although I continue to write down everything I eat, I’m not nearly as rigid about staying below a certain number of calories anymore. I think the main key to keeping my weight off has been consistently doing my Oxycise! once a day, six days a week. Still it took me over a year to order it. I figured it was time to let my depression about my weight go and give myself one more try. By this time I could find no information on television. “The first two days I was thinking it couldn’t possibly work because I wasn’t sore but on day two I was sore in almost every part of my body. I must say I’m astounded. I know I have lost more inches than what I know of due to having forgotten to measure some parts originally. With the measurements that I did remember to take I found that I lost in the first five days a total of 6 ¼ inches and 3 pounds and in 10 days my total went up to 8 ¼ inches and 5 pounds.

The rate at which I lose weight is astounding!
I love Oxycise! In my youth I was a gym junkie, doing pounding workouts that were high intensity. Now at age 57, those kinds of workouts do not appeal anymore, but I still want all the benefits of increased energy, feeling good and burning fat that the gym used to give me.
Enter Oxycise! The rate at which I lose weight is astounding! It literally falls off me! I burn fat at a FAR, FAR greater rate now at 57 than I did in my 20s, 30s and 40s. Who says that weight is hard to lose as you get older?
I used to go to the gym 5 times a week, do weights, circuits, boxing classes, spin classes and would get LESS benefit and lose weight at a slower rate than I do now just by doing this beautiful breathing workout. I love that I no longer have to go anywhere, wear special clothes and spend a lot of money on memberships. I love being able to do it from the comfort of my own home at a time that suits me. I love that I no longer have to set aside 2 hours a day for the gym, because doing a full Oxycise workout takes less time than just the drive to the gym.
I have lost 26 pounds and have good tone in my muscles without lifting weights. When I first started I could only do a couple of exercises, then I’d have to stop because I felt dizzy or nauseous. I would rest for a bit, then continue. Each day it became easier and easier as my lung capacity increased and I became stronger, so now I do a whole routine, no trouble at all! My energy has increased, I feel happier, fitter, more positive and so motivated and stretching daily keeps my body flexible and supple. I went on holidays recently and even did it at the resort!
I also love that it’s no impact so my body is not suffering from torn ligaments, sprained ankles (can’t tell you how many sprained ankles I got at the gym!) or any sore muscles. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars over the years on losing weight. You name it, I’ve tried it. From expensive gym memberships, to every diet that ever came out, to gadgets, pills, shakes, going to health retreats, hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, Overeaters Anonymous, acupuncture, Tapping for weight loss, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig and so many other things. You can imagine the time, the energy and the $ investment!
Then I stumble onto Oxycise one day while surfing the internet and voila! I find something that takes a small amount of time, that has a minimal cost and actually works! Truly, Oxycise is the BEST thing I have discovered for my health in years. It is not a fad diet, it is not a scam, it just teaches you how to breathe properly and deeply so that you turn your body into a fat burning machine. It’s amazing how great you feel by breathing fresh oxygen! I bought Level 1 and O in the car to start with, then I signed up for the online streaming so I could try them all. I absolutely love the Upper Body Flexibility and just want to do it every day. It feels soooooo good!
