IT’S JUST 15 MINUTES A DAY!
I’ve battled my weight since I was in jr. high, and I’m sure I’m like many others who’ve tried it all. Many times I’ve lost the weight–the equal number of times, I’ve gained it–plus more–back. When I finally threw up my hands about 10 years ago and said I’d had enough of yo-yo dieting, I hit a plateau, and while I was still a big girl, at least I hit a first time in my life when I could wear the same clothes from season to season.
Then a year ago, I had breast surgery. It turned out well, but one of the medications to battle its re-occurrence is an estrogen-blocker. I immediately hit menopause, and the weight started back up.
I’ve been happily doing my daily Oxycising (Level 1) for 15 weeks. I’ve not altered my eating, and even taking the medication, I’ve lost 6″ around the waist and 5-1/2″ around the hips. AND IT’S JUST 15 MINUTES A DAY! I’m excited–I think I’ve hit upon a program I can live with.

In 2 months’ time I have lost 9″ and the sort of haggard look that was reflected in my mirror is also gone! I do the exercises every day and will definitely continue because the benefits and rewards are so great. Weight-wise I haven’t lost much, but that isn’t important to me, as long as I see something (whether it is the scale or the tape measure) for my efforts. As a woman in the throes of menopause, weight reduction is very difficult. So when I see the numbers go down, I am ecstatic, to say the least! Jill’s program is the best. It’s easy and I absolutely love the short amount of time it takes to complete the series of exercises. Afterwards, I feel rejuvenated and renewed and ready to attack the day. Previously, I must have walked from the moon and back with no results—rolled myself in exhausting and time-consuming positions with no results—and now, with just 15 or so minutes a day–the results are IN!! It is truly unbelievable!!! Another great part is the fact that I am not forgotten. By buying the videos, I became a customer but with the wonderful support I have received, and the motivating feed-back, I have become a friend. Why would anyone want to sweat when they can get such a total workout in 15 minutes a day?
I am so sick of my body not doing what it did before I started the change of life. I never had problems taking weight off, but I was your typical “try this and that and lose the weight” and then put it back on. About 15 years ago I changed my eating habits to a more balanced, livable one and stopped when I was satisfied, not stuffed, and lost 75 pounds and kept it off. Then the big “M” hit and no matter what I do, I can’t lose those extra pounds that seem to have attached themselves to my midriff section. I watched your infomercial three times before I ordered the product. I LOVE IT. I lost 2 1/2 inches the first week and only 1 inch the second, but my husband and I do the exercises together. I have some degeneration in my spine and normal exercises are out of the question, besides, I HATE to sweat. I really look forward to the time and don’t mind it at all.
By the way, I am telling EVERYONE about this incredible program. Why would anyone want to sweat when they can get such a total workout in 15 minutes a day??????????
I have seen incredible results and I am in menopause
I have seen incredible results and I am in menopause (well into it at nearly 56). I entered menopause at 50. I have been doing Oxycise! faithfully since September, and I am firm and toned and have lost inches, especially around my mid section, the hardest to do after menopause. I have also been the only person I know not to have gotten sick with some flu or virus or something this winter. I breathe better, I am more relaxed and yes, my resting heart rate has lowered into the 60’s as I read in the book it might.

What I’m going to say though is going through the exercise, looking at it, and how it’s presented- does appear tedious and silly. But do not let appearances deceive you. Put your all into in and the effects are amazing. You will not be disappointed. Many people make the mistake of thinking that exercises should be exciting and that if they are not – they are useless. When they do that – they pass up gems like this video that explains everything and that anyone can do. I’m so lazy I only did the breathing exercises laying down on my bed and yes I do hate exercising.
I’m not a very disciplined person. But for my health, I’m going to try again. Yes I have used oxycise before. And though I didn’t feel (bodywise) the effects was having on my body. It did work. At the end of the first month I lost 4 inches in my waist. I couldn’t believe it. It wasn’t a mistake. I’m very meticulous when it comes to measuring for things like that. I did it 4 times before I started. I was always tire d and runned down and I couldn’t walk over the hills effectively while on my way to work. The older people were passing me by at full speed and I was embarrassed. I bought oxycise and immediately I felt the difference. I was no longer huffing and puffing over those hills, and I could actually run for the bus and get it. I didn’t feel any difference, But the end of the month revealed a lot. I had lost a lot of inches all over my body including what I mentioned earlier in this review and I felt a lot better in fact I’m going to start doing it again. But I want it to be a life-long change. My goal is 133 pounds. I have over 2 months off from work for vacation and I plan to use it wisely.
IT REALLY WORKS
I have been using the oxycise system for two years, and guess what IT REALLY WORKS. In just 15 minutes a day you can have the trim body that you have been looking for. I lost about 35 inches using this program and also by watching what I eat. I feel so energized and terrific when I do this program daily. Level 3 is my personal favorite.
