“When I ordered Oxycise! I had just turned 40 and was about 20 lbs overweight. I am the kind who always ate whatever I liked and burned it all off, except I guess I didn’t quite burn it off and those 20 lbs crept up on me very gradually, over two pregnancies and 8 years of motherhood.
“One of the first changes I noticed with Oxycise! was that I could bike up the long, steep hill to my house without feeling like my lungs were going to explode. I could also run with my kids and not be out of breath after 10 paces. My body changed gradually – so gradually it sometimes seemed like nothing was happening. Now, close to a year later, I look back and I am soooo glad I kept at it. My weight is back to what it was when I was 20. My arms are no longer flabby, the muscles around my middle are strong, even my dumpy legs are slimmer.
“But most of all, doing Oxycise! has taught me how sticking with what seems like a small thing can make a big difference over time, and that it is possible to change your body and your life for the better if you do it little by little but persistently. If the first year has been this good, I am really looking forward to what Oxycise! will do for me in the years to come!
“Thanks, Jill, for your great program!”

I’m sure you’ve heard the saying: “Today is the first day of the rest of your life.”
What we do with “today” really does make all the difference. An entire lifetime is, after all, just a series of “todays,” one after another. The little efforts, the small, daily choices we make…they all add up to make a life. And it really is possible, starting today, to make small adjustments or “course changes” that will eventually take us to a completely different place than the one we were aiming for yesterday. The potential is amazing.
The key to success in life — realizing accomplishments, reaching goals, overcoming habits, achieving self-improvement — lies in how we manage our time and choices each day. Never underestimate the potential of small daily acts (like Oxycise!) that can make a BIG difference over a period of time.
I love the following quote:
“Achievement is the physical manifestation of growth obtained through making the journey. Thus our attention must be focused not on results, but on effort. Results take care of themselves.” — James D. Dresen
In other words, focus on doing Oxycise! each day, every day, and the results will take care of themselves. Enjoy the journey! You can literally change your life, from the inside out, by investing just 15 minutes in a daily Oxycise! workout.
