I would like to express how delighted I am with Kendall Fischer’s Oxycise workouts. She has a great pace and breath counting, which is easy to follow. Hey everyone! I first want to say THANK YOU and great job with all the workouts. I really enjoy the variety and its fun to work out with the new ones. I’m investing in an actual barre for my basement workout studio and would love to have more O! challenges with that. Weighted exercises are wonderful, too. 😍 Miss Kendall, LOVED it. Beautiful background music, lovely decor, perfect breathing pace (like O! Down Low), do-able yet challenging moves and all of them targeting the pesky backside. Thank you for this newest O! addition – I am excited for more!
